Spend the day kayaking, walking or cycling in the mountains, enjoying the largest spa in Portugal (20 mins), & exploring historic villages and cities, then come home to relax in a hammock in the orchard, soak up views from the bath, or chillout to vintage vinyl. We live on site, but the apartment is totally private, being the whole upper floor & with own entrance.

Quinta Dos Avós Lourenço

Quinta dos Avós Lourenço is ideal for those looking for rest, nature and privacy. The house is rented entirely and has 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen and laundry area. The outdoor space is fenced, furnished and exclusive for guests. Set within a 3-hectare farm, you can enjoy contact with animals, orchards and green areas in a peaceful and authentic rural setting. Traditional breakfast available as an optional extra (€9per person/day), with fresh regional bread.

The Annex at Quinta Solar

An ideal location for exploring the area, the independent and private bedroom is set in a rural garden of olive trees, mandarins, almonds, grapes, and figs, surrounded by nature with mountain views of Serra da Gardunha and Serra da Estrela, the highest mountain range in Portugal. A queen-size bed, quality linen + bathroom & kitchenette. Hot shower, mini-fridge, mini stove ensure you can make the most of your stay. Welcome to our unique retreat space for creativity, and stillness. Nestled in the heart of nature, but close to town, this one-bedroom apartment offers a rare opportunity (normally only available during retreats) to experience the deep serenity of the land, lovingly run by a Dutch and French couple. Wake up to breathtaking views of the Sierra da Estrela, and enjoy the rejuvenating spring water at every tap (incl shower). The pool is as natural as possible (little chemicals).

If you're in the mood for nature, relaxation or outdoor activities... Casa Raposa's lodges are made for you. Our 30m2 lodge is a large open-plan living area with a bedroom, lounge and kitchenette. The bathroom is enclosed for added privacy :) Enjoy a 20m2 south-facing terrace all day long. A morning snack is included in the price (fresh bread, jam, butter, coffee, tea, orange juice). Stairway to the Castle

Located in the historic village of Monsanto, the Most Portuguese Village in Portugal, the house was recovered from an old stone house, creating a rustic atmosphere, with the comforts of a current home. Being in the middle of the village, we easily meet the neighbors, hear birds or continue to climb to the Castle (since the house is on the way to the Castle).No access by car (parking 200 meters away)

O Palheiro

Vista Panorâmica e Jacuzzi O Palheiro encontra-se localizado na aldeia de Sobral Fernando e é uma casa datada de 1936 sendo toda ela construída em pedra de xisto. Recentemente restaurada oferece um ambiente moderno, acolhedor preservando os traços de outros tempos. Tem um jacuzzi com água que pode ser aquecida na varanda panorâmica.
