Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans l'appartement de Dario ! Tout était très propre et agréable, et les instructions pour arriver au logement étaient très claires. Dario nous a fourni de précieux conseils pour garer notre voiture à proximité du logement, et a été très réactif quand cela était nécessaire. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir :)

Do not hesitate to book this. We loved it. It’s a wonderful place close to the main center. Seemed bigger than the photos. Everything was very comfortable and very quiet. Alessandro and his daughter’s met us for check-in and insured we had everything we needed for our stay. He also offered many local tips and suggestions. We asked him many questions during our state and he was very friendly and responsive. :) We hope to come again!

Gianluca è un host impeccabile, dal checkin al checkout, è sempre presente se si ha bisogno di lui. L'unica differenza rispetto all'annuncio che il posto auto NON è interno al cortile ma è disponibile (si trova se si cerca bene negli orari giusti) im Via Pola. Tale discrepanza cmq mi è stata immediatamente spiegata molto gentilmente dal Sig. Giancluca perché NON c'è la possibilità, su come è impostato il sito di Airbnb, di inserire l'opzione del parcheggio esistente se non scegliendo l'opzione interno. Cmq posizione favolosa perché si è in centro, attaccati alla stazione, attaccati ad entrambi i lungomare (nord e sud di Civitanova) e alle spiagge libere disponibili oltre ai numerosissimi locali e bagni. Consigliato vivamente. P.s.. Must: colazione sul balconcino esposto a est.

Heel smaakvol ingericht appartement. Erg rustig en slechts circa 15 minuten lopen naar het prachtige oude centrum van Perugia met heerlijke restaurants en leuke barretjes. Om de hoek van het appartement zit trouwens ook een leuke bar. Echt een aanrader

Massimo ci ha ospitato in modo impeccabile. Sempre reattivo e disponibile. Abbiamo alloggiato in un appartamento bellissimo, ben arredato, munito di ogni confort con camera da letto con vista panoramica. Appartamento adatto anche per lunghi periodi. Complimenti anche alla accuratezza.

This airbnb is one of the best I've ever stayed at. It is in a spectaularly beauitful and relaxing location. The view from the apartment is amazing and a great place to watch the sunset. You have everything you need in the apartment and more. Simone, the host, is also one of the best hosts Ive met. He helped provide recommendations for places to visit and also helped us to make bookings. He is very friendly and approachable. The airbnb is also located within walking distance from one of the best restaurants we have been to in Italy-Zita. The surrounding village is also beautiful. We absolutely loved this airbnb and hope to come back soon.

De casa is een geweldig huis, met alles wat nodig is. Veel privacy en prachtig uitzicht. Nicolien, Tom en Sophie zijn geweldige gastvrouwen/heer. Ze zijn vriendelijk en zeer geïnteresseerd in hun gasten. Bovendien hebben ze veel suggesties voor de omgeving, zowel cultureel als digestief. Van harte aanbevolen. Grote dank Theo en Alice

Ottimo appartamento, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Arezzo. Noi abbiamo usufruito della casa in gruppo (4 persone) per 4 giorni, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Gli spazi della casa sono ottimi, avevamo a disposizione un divano letto matrimoniale, un singolo divano letto e un letto singolo. Nella casa avevamo tutto il necessario per la permanenza. Marzia è un ottimo host, risponde subito ed è molto disponibile. Unica pecca: abbiamo visitato Arezzo in inverno, e purtroppo la casa era un po' fredda nonostante i caloriferi accesi (niente di troppo problematico, comunque)

Wat een fantastische huis en tuin. We waren met 3 families in de leeftijd van 8 maanden tot zeventig jaar, voor ieder was er voldoende aanwezig. Het zwembad was fantastisch, iedereen genoot ervan. In de tuin is zoveel te ontdekken, bomen, struiken, kruiden, vol vlinders en insecten en zelf een niet gevaarlijke schorpioen, heel avontuurlijk. Nella was zelf niet aanwezig maar reageerde snel voor onze vragen. Ook had zij een kok geregeld om een avond voor ons te koken. Lily en haar dochter Isabella hebben super heerlijke traditionele Italiaanse gerechten voor ons gekookt, super! En Fabritius bracht een heerlijke rode wijn mee. Cortona is te belopen, wel moet je wat conditie hebben. Het stadje is prachtig en het theatertje prachtig om te zien met een heerlijk restaurant ernaast. Wij komen zeker terug♥️

Ho trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile a Casa Elisa, situata ai piedi della splendida Cortona. L'atmosfera che si respira è magica: una fusione perfetta tra la tradizione toscana e il comfort moderno. Le camere sono eleganti e abbastanza spaziose, arredate con gusto e dotate di tutti i comfort necessari. Il giardino con piscina è un'oasi di tranquillità, ideale per rilassarsi con un buon libro o per godere di un aperitivo al tramonto. Ma è il calore e l'accoglienza della famiglia di Elisa a rendere il soggiorno davvero speciale. La loro disponibilità nel fornire informazioni sui luoghi da visitare e i ristoranti consigliati fa la differenza. Consiglio vivamente Casa Elisa a chiunque voglia scoprire la bellezza della Toscana, vivendo un'esperienza autentica e indimenticabile.

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

L’alloggio di Rossella è confortevole, ampio, ben strutturato e con tutto il necessario. Noi eravamo in 6 e ci siamo trovati benissimo, le camere sono molto ampie, un bel giardino molto curato, così come il caminetto e il barbecue. Sicuramente non possiamo che consigliare l’alloggio di Rossella.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house. The design is thoughtful and stylish, the view is breathtaking, and the library is a real gem. Such a peaceful and inspiring space. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The co-host who welcomed us was incredibly kind and helpful, making check-in smooth and easy. It truly felt like a home away from home. Ho pernottato presso questa struttura nel periodo dei mercatini, ottima la vicinanza con essi e le varie piazze, La struttura sembra come di stare a casa, la cucina incantevole e particolare, bagni super puliti , tutto come da descrizione, camera da letto spaziosa e confortevole, è stato molto piacevole trovarla su due piani la casa, anche la zona comfort che divide le scale dalla parte superiore è ben piazzata e bella, bagno superiore padronale ampio e la scala posta affianco al lavandino ha il suo fascino. Super comoda dai mercatini , zona centrare e per visitare varie chiese. Se siete ad Arezzo dovete pernottare qui! Host super disponibile e sempre presente, si sta d’incanto.

Giacomo is a lovely young man who was kind enough to offer to pick us up and return us to the train station which was greatly appreciated. He was very quick to answer any questions and kindly provided a fan at very short notice. The apartment was spotless and had everything you could possibly want if you are going to do some of your own meals. Lovely bathroom great shower and excellent living space. So close to walk a few minutes to the wonderful restaurants, cafe and major sights of Perugia. Ultra quiet inside never heard any noise. Best place to stay in Perugia! Thank you Giacomo

This was a great base for exploring the towns and islands on the lake as well as for day trips to Florence and Perugia. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and is very close to the town centre and the lake. It’s also set back on a quiet street away from the main road. Giovanni was helpful and responsive throughout our stay, meeting us at check-in and giving us some local recommendations. Overall, an excellent stay.

L'appartamento è meraviglioso e dotato di tutto. Si trova in una zona tranquilla che permette di raggiungere in auto in pochi minuti sia Perugia che Assisi. Veramente perfetto!

The apartment is amazing! It’s in a great location to see all the best sights in Perugia. The minimetro stops nearby and the best grocery store in town is a very short walk away. The apartment is well equipped for a long stay. We had all the pots and pans we needed to cook our meals during our month long visit. Finally, Christina is a kind a welcoming host! She provided valuable information and was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Well, after our second stay at Milva‘s Nest, we must say it makes it very hard to stay any other place! Simona’s Airbnb is amazing! One is surrounded with beautiful art and wonderful home decoration that doesn’t skimp at all and makes you feel at home. Simona has taken great strides to make every detail of your stay very special from the wonderful crisp white sheets on that comfy bed, to the Nespresso coffee maker & pods, tea, sugar and cream brightening your every morning, to wonderful books to read and a kitchen & bathroom so fully stocked that you will feel so cared for and pampered! She even has a little heater to warm up the bathroom while you’re taking a shower, so you can feel all cozy and warm when you get out! We also really appreciated the washer AND DRYER! One of the very best things we have enjoyed on both of our stays here is that every window AND TERRACE have the most amazing view of the rolling hills of the Umbrian countryside! Come stay and relax & be refreshed!
