This stunning minimalist-inspired home adds its own artistic flair to the decor by placing bold and exciting art pieces throughout every room. The gallery and apartment is owned by an artist, who designed the space to show his work. Guests will have access to the whole gallery, but for rent is only the private apartment adherent to the gallery, including a small kitchen, a combined living sleeping area with a loft style bathtub and attached separate bathroom with shower. The other sleeping area can be separated by movable walls and has an extra bathroom with shower and toilet as well. Guests also have access to the back yard until 10 pm. Our aim is, to welcome all our guests personally and show them around and help them getting started in Berlin. Since we are also living in Berlin we are happy to help if any difficulties occur during the stay. It's Mitte, means closed to all cultural attractions, shopping and nightlife, but still quiet and you don't feel like living in a "bar". I like to call it the "new quiet Mitte" since recently a lot of luxury apartment buildings were constructed next to existing architecture, so it's for Mitte a pretty quiet neighbourhood, but Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße are all within easy walking distance (10min) Subway station (U-Bhf) Spittelmarkt 2 min walk. Several busses 3 min walk at Leipziger Str. Walking distance to Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz and Friedrichstraße about 10 min. You can only access your apartment through the gallery, which may be gently used by the artist. Your apartment is private and will during your stay not be accessed by us. Mitte neighborhood is within walking distance to many of the city's iconic locations such as Checkpoint Charlie with superb shopping, dining, and nightlife nearby as well. There is easy access to public transport making exploring easy and convenient.

Berlin BhfZoo ist schnell zu erreichen(25min).Das Havelland mit ihren geschichtsträchtigen Orten, zahlreichen Wasserwegen laden ganz besonders zum Wandern und Radfahren ein. Das Zentrum Berlins ist per Bahn in nur 30 Minuten jederzeit erreichbar. Mit dem Auto benötigt man zur Autobahn und zur Stadtgrenze Berlins 5 Minuten. Die Umgebung Birkenwerders bietet außerdem vielfältige Erholungsmöglichkeiten im nahegelegenen Wald und an schönen Seen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Unterkunft.

Im Schloss Lanke befinden sich neben Ferienwohnungen die Wohnungen der Eigentümer sowie Büroflächen im Erdgeschoss. Wir respektieren unsere Privatsphären.

Liebe Gäste, meine Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus im ruhigen Falkensee .Der angrenzende Falkenhagener See lädt im Sommer zum Baden und im Winter zum Schlittschuhlaufen ein. Im nahegelegenen Wald könnt ihr relaxen oder ins hübsche Umland mit dem Rad. Vor der Haustür fährt der Bus 652 in wenigen Minuten zum Bahnhof Falkensee. Mit der Regionalbahn seid ihr innerhalb von 15 Minuten Fahrtzeit in der Berliner City. Oder ihr nutzt als Autofahrer den Park & Ride am Bahnhof.

The holiday apartment is located in the north of Berlin in a quiet and green residential area. Modern apartment with 75 sqm in the ground floor. Two bedrooms with double bed and each with its own bathroom. Between the two bedrooms is the open living, dining and cooking area with fully equipped kitchen and access to a 30 sqm terrace. One of the two sofas in the living room can be used as a fifth bed with a lying surface of 70x200 cm. For more comfort an additional topper is available.

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Künstlerhof Perwenitz

Berlinnah, am nördlichen Dorfende von Perwenitz gelegen, umgeben von Feldern, steht das Wohnhaus der ehemaligen Mühlenanlage. Das zweigeschossige Mühlengebäude wurde um 1890 errichtet und bis 1994 für die Herstellung von Mehl und Futtermitteln genutzt. Heute befinden sich Künstlerateliers, Galerieräume und ein Cafe in diesem Gebäude Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 2. OG. des Wohnhauses und ist ca. 92 m² groß.
