Martin's place ideal for someone who want to take excursions in the forsets nearby Wien. The hause is big and clean, with nice garden. Good public transport.

Awesome, cozy place and a superb host. We got delayed in traffic and even at 10PM late arrival Daniela was there to welcome us in person. It is a safe and secure neighborhood, With secure private parking only 15Min drive to the City center. Ideal for family with kids and also a lot of open space and a beautiful east facing sunny terrace.

Mogę spokojnie polecić pobyt w domu u Birgit i Heinz. Bardzo mili ludzie, oferujący dom w spokojnej okolicy, świetnie wyposażony i przytulny, w atrakcyjnej cenie. Wszystko było zgodne z opisem a zameldowanie bezproblemowe. Jest prywatny parking a stacja metra jest jakieś 8 minut spacerem. W domu, wbrew opisowi, jest ciepła woda :D zdecydowanie mógłbym tam wrócić przy następnej wizycie w Wiedniu!

Casa molto bella e spaziosa, più grande di quanto si capisca dalle foto: in sette persone, più un cane, siamo stati comodissimi. Camere da letto comode e molto ben separate l'una dall'altra, in diversi piani. Casa molto pulita, ordinata e accogliente; c'è tutto quanto occorre, anche nel giardino con barbecue e comode sdraio. Ci è stata fornita una meravigliosa quantità di viveri: caffè, the, tisane, miele, olio, pasta, etc.; ma anche mele, latte, uova, cioccolatini, birra; abbiamo fatto un risotto con gli spinaci raccolti nell'orto. Macy è stata molto gentile, disponibile e reattiva, ha aspettato che arrivassimo in auto da Milano senza farci nessuna fretta, all'arrivo ci ha spiegato tutto nei dettagli. Il quartiere è residenziale, elegante, tranquillo. La casa è molto vicino alla principale metropolitana che attraversa il centro di Vienna, raggiungibile in pochi minuti in autobus o con l'automobile: un parcheggio multipiano ha sempre posti disponibili. Una casa molto consigliata!

amazing location for families a playground in walking distance and a larger "Motorikpark" right around the corner with plenty of shopping immediately around. host was extremely responsive even though we decided to stay last minute, can't recommend them enough!

Like the wooden floors and neutral colours. Bathroom was spotless clean. Very spacious. We were 5 people and enjoyed Vienna.

Great apartment, super spacious so perfect also for longer stays. We spent 3 weeks here with our 7month old baby. Super close to Stadtpark and Wien center with shopping. We loved it here!

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in Martins Wohnung. Diese ist ruhig gelegen, gut ausgestattet und der Check-in war problemlos. Martin ist als Gastgeber sehr bemüht und die Kommunikation war absolut unkompliziert. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Wohnung ist sehr zuhausig, in allem und bestem Sinn. Die Einrichtung ist ausgesucht für offenbar nicht nur Besuch. Die Räume sind so hoch, wie Wien es beträumt und der Fenster sind viele. Mit Hochparterre am Park ist auch spätabends keine Grabesstille zu erwarten. Das ist sehr hübsch lebendig und nur bei sehr leichtem Schlaf eine Erwägung wert. Wir kommen jederzeit sehr gern wieder.

This home is a great, spacious apartment in a lovely part of town with nice shopping and restaurants, very near the subway station and easy to get to anywhere. Barbara gives great recommendations for local spots and seems to be able to help with anything you need. Walking distance to the Schonnbrun palace and grounds, and an easy train to the Ring. There’s a nice wine and meat shop near the grocery store on the way to the subway and a restaurant on the same street on the corner that was very fun, authentic and good. A garden setting. Note if you’re coming from US, grocery stores close by 7:30 and nothing except restaurants are open on Sundays. Grab your snacks on the way to the flat. If you like a mix of neighborhood and ease of city this is a wonderful spot and Barbara is a wonderful host.

Es hat alle von Anfang bis Ende gepasst. Kommunikation war der hammer noch nie so eine gute Basis auf airbnb erlebt. Auch das Haus war so luxuriös und schön. Vielen Dank für das tolle Urlaubserlebnis

Property is as described and had all the basics for our 5 day stay. The drive to/from the airport and Vienna city centre was easy to navigate. We had take out pizza one night and cooked at the house the others whilst enjoying Verena’s family wine. We came prepared with mosquito spray as lots came out at dusk!

Trotz sehr später Ankunft wurde ich herzlich empfangen. Ein sehr bequemes Bett und schönes Zimmer, komplett verdunkelbar, wer es benötigt. Wunderschöner Garten zum entspannen und sehr guter Kaffee ;) Michaela und Norbert waren sehr nett und immer für einen Plausch zu haben. Camillo ist noch sehr jung und entsprechend verspielt aber ein sehr freundlicher Hund, der wirklich nur spielen will. Bahnverbindung ist fussläufig ca 500m zu "Wiener Neudorf", allerdings ausserhalb der "Kernzone" D.h. aber nur, dass ein zusätzliches Ticket notwendig ist. Die Öffis fahren sehr eng getaktet, also ist die Verbindung perfekt. Geschäfte sind auch fussläufig erreichbar. Nach einem aufregenden Tag in Wien war für mich die Unterkunft eine tolle Erholung mit Ruhe, fernab vom Trubel der Stadt. Preis-Leistung war super, ich komme gerne wieder!

The house and surrounding are beautiful. The pool was perfect during a hot day to cool down. Vienna is close by car for a visit. And of course the local wines are very nice
