There is a bus stop (L95) for a direct Bus to Barcelona city center, about a 3 min walk from the apartment. Please note that the table on the South balcony opens to accomodate 6 people. Gava Mar is an exclusive area just outside of the city of Barcelona. It is a very green area, in the middle of a pine forest and full of palm trees, next to the Delta de Llobreagat natural park, providing a quiet beach environment. Yet close to the city center. Piso reformado en la parte noble de un edificio de 1862 catalogado dentro del patrimonio cultural de Cataluña, combina el estilo de las mansiones neocentistas con las comodidades de una casa moderna. El apartamento conserva los frescos neocentistas originales en paredes y techos. Todo esto se puede apreciar en los ornamentos y pinturas al fresco de las salas y techos de su interior.
