Huset har 3 våningar med 3 sovrum med AC, 3 toaletter, 2 uteplatser samt 2 balkonger. Huset är beläget i en privat gated community med omfattande grönområden, 4 magnifika pooler, tennisbanor och fina trädgårdar. Alicante ligger bara 15 minuters bilresa bort och 10 minuter från flygplatsen. 2 minuters promenad till trevliga restauranger.
