Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. Het Mühlwalder Tal (Italiaans: Valle dei Molini) is een 16 km lang bergdal met weelderige bergbossen, ruisende bergbeekjes en frisse berglucht - een waar paradijs voor rustzoekers, natuurliefhebbers en outdoorliefhebbers. In het midden van dit alles, op een idyllische afgelegen locatie op de helling van de bergen, ligt de Hochgruberhof met zijn eigen kaasmakerij. Het twee verdiepingen tellende chalet "Chalet Henne - Hochgruberhof" is gebouwd van natuurlijke materialen en meet 70 m2.
