Rooftops Studio Apartment is located at Vincentia in Jervis Bay, just 2 1/2 hours drive south of Sydney. Purpose built as a couples private retreat with its own parking and private entrance, the studio offers great mountain and sea views. We do not accommodate children or infants. Set within walking distance to the pristine, uncrowded white sandy beaches of Jervis Bay and local shops in Vincentia, or a short drive to the Cafe scene at Huskisson with more specialty shops, eateries, clubs & pub.

The studio is attached to the end of our house with its own driveway and private separate entrance on eight acres. Private undercover patio screened to ensure your privacy. One queen size bed with linen supplied. Ensuite with shower. Towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are supplied. Kettle, toaster and small fridge. Tea, coffee, fresh milk and bottled water are supplied. Plenty of parking for cars, vans and boats. We are situated five minutes from Huskisson, beaches, shops and cafes.

Blenheim Beach Studio is a cosy retreat directly opposite the tall trees of Jervis Bay’s lovely Blenheim Beach. Our refurbished downstairs is now a fresh, new guest suite with a bedroom, breakfast/dining area and separate bathroom. The sleeping space faces east and has a king-sized bed, superior mattress and quality linen; up three steps to a cosy breakfast/dining space and bathroom. The breakfast bar has a coffee machine, selection of teas, microwave oven, toaster and kettle.

Lovely walking paths, through national parks, connecting many nearby beaches, including the white sands of Hyams Beach.
