Ova iznimna kuća smjestila se u slijepoj ulici mirnog turističkog naselja grada Pule.Udaljena je 900 m od mora. Prva glavna plaža Verudela , izvrsna samo 3 minute vožnje.Kafić 20 metara i trgovina 100 m od kuće. Kuća je izuzetno komforna i stilski uređena te prilagođena modernom načinu života. Raspoloživa je za 14 osoba +2 pomoćna ležaja. Unutrašnji prostor zauzima 500 m kvadratnih i 2000 metara kvadratnih prirodne parcele koja pruža dodatni ugođaj.Travnjaku se nalaze nogometni golovi, trampolin , ljuljačka i kamin . The house was completely renovated in 2020 using only natural materials and respecting the Istrian cultural heritage. A beautiful swimming pool stands out on the spacious garden. Every detail was carefully taken into account when arranging the house.
