Apartment is brand new and it's located 50 m from the sea and beautiful pebble beach. It has 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen + living room and terrace with sea view. It's fully equipped (dish washer, laundry machine, air conditioning, WIFI). Parking is just behind the building and it's free of charge. There is hotel next to the apartment where breakfast/lunch/dinner can be taken as well as sea water indoor swimming pool (both meals and pool for reasonable price).

My place is very close to the beach. Only two minutes away. It is great for couples and families which enjoy walks next to the beach or cycling. Near the apartment is restaurant, supermarket, bakery and even the dog beach. You will love my place because of the new furniture, TV, air condition and constant updating to make you feel satisfied. You can contact us at any time of the day. If you have a pet the pet fee is 5€/day which you pay in cash on the arrival day.

Novo uređeni stan u Crikvenici udaljen 150 metara od mora nalazi se na prvom katu obiteljske kuće s posebni prilazom. Stan je novo renoviran 2023. godine. Sastoji se od prostrane, dobro opremljene kuhinje s dnevnim boravkom i blagovaonom sa stolom za šest osoba. Obje spavaće sobe imaju pogled na more te izlaz na balkon. U kupaoni se nalazi walk in tuš kabina, umivaonik s ormaricem, perilica i wc. Stan ima dva parkirna mjesta te veliko dvorište s roštiljem.

The accommodation Rosemary is situated in a quite street with a view of the Adriatic Sea and a Meditterranean garden, near the beaches, restaurants, shops and other services. Aside from a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom it has a big terrace with lounge chairs and a table. It is equipped with new air conditioning, plasma TV and internet connection. Parking is secured in front of the house. p.s We dont charge any fees for your pet!

The Azure apartment is a spacious 80m2 accommodation in Crikvenica, just a 5-minute walk from beautiful beaches and shops. Pet-friendly Monty's Beach is 7 minutes away. Ground floor, sea-view terrace with a barbecue. Newly furnished with TV, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, and air conditioning. Two bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes, and private bathrooms. Free parking is available in front of the apartment.
