Very sunny and newly renovated penthouse right on the promenade with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the pool. It has a spacious living room and 2 bedrooms with direct access to a large terrace where you can rest, sunbathe and lunch. The apartment is fully equipped (bed linen, towels, kitchenware...) with WIFI and AC. Located in the most touristic area. Due to the Spanish regulations we will need a photo ID or passport uploaded into the Airbnb platform before the check in day.

Gorgeous 3 bed apartment in las Colinas Golf Club

FOR FAMILY HOLIDAYS AND GOLFERS ONLY! The apartment consists of three double bedrooms with build-in closets and two bathrooms (one ensuite). It has a modern fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, comfortable living room with a large flatscreen TV, it is completely furnished and has blinds. A spacious terrace that let you be outside all day long enjoying the sun. It is amazing to wake up in the morning and have breakfast enjoying the Middeterrenean views and climate.

Obruten utsikt över havet, strandpromenaden och staden. 0 meter till strand, bad och centrum. Vi finns på 3:e våningen och det finns hiss. Rymlig balkong med full havsutsikt för att kunna njuta av havet och omgivningarna. Säsongsöppen pool. Direkt på strandpromenaden Playa Cura i centrala Torrevieja, Costa Blanca. Denna soliga, attraktiva 4-bädds lägenhet är helt nyrenoverad, hög svensk standard, dessutom fullt utrustad för en familj eller ett, två par på semester.
