At 50 km from Turin and 25 km from the airport: House recently renovated with care. 2 apartments, one on the first floor and the other in the attic. The two lodgings are connected by scale ext. 2 double bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with two single beds, 2 living rooms with a double sofa bed each. Kitchen with fridge, gas, cookware, various accessories, crockery. Necessary for breakfast: milk, coffee, sugar, oil, salt etc. Bathroom with shower and bidet. This 40 m2 mini house (34m2 + mezzanine) is located in Eygliers village, perfect for exploring different ski stations within 30min drive: Risoul, Vars, Ceillac, Arvieux, Puy Saint Vincent, Pelvoux, Crevoux, Les Orres... It's also a good base for the ski touring in Queyras and Les Ecrins. It's situated in the quite, upper part of the village, giving you amazing views over the mountains. It has a small patio and and place to park your car.
