Τhe property is located in the village Agios Georgios /Kaliviani at the beginning of the peninsula of Gramvousa and at the beginning of the road to the unique Balos lagoon 8klm,and the Falasarna 8 klm.Elafonisi is 40klm. Ιt is half anhour driving west of Chania and 4klm west of Kissamos town. It is 50klm of Chania airport. Distance 1 min.on car there are gas station, bakery supermarket, taverns and distance 1 klm there are a lot of small beaches with crystal water like (νiglia pahia ammos)

Our cozy stone built home in the village "Kaloudiana Kissamos" is a perfect place for relaxing. We have renovated our grandparents home that was built in 1800 by our ancestors. It is in a perfect location close to the market of the village, at a distance of 200 meters. Away from the main road for quiet and relaxation! The narrow streets to get to the house impose a small car.

Our newly renovated quiet and cozy house is located in traditional Village of Kallithea,is fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Nearby is Tavronitis which is a village with taverns, kafenions, pharmacy, hairdresser, dry-cleaning, ATMs, drugstore and several supermarkets.
