Your Air Conditioned accoms are a small Off Grid Tiny Home. It is situated in Taumārere just out of Kawakawa on SH11 on the way to Paihia on our working Regenerative Farm. Specifically built for couples to enjoy the privacy and beautiful farm views over green paddocks to the Cycleway and Vintage Railway. Tiny House Sanctuary Chalet in parklike grounds

This fully self-contained chalet (3km from central Kerikeri) has a magical tranquil setting with wide glass doors opening out onto a beautiful private garden. The Chalet (the main accommodation) has one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, lounge and laundry, but there is also a separate bedroom (with its own toilet) which opens off the chalet carpark for those wanting more space. The Little Sanctuary

The Little Sanctuary is a perfect place to start your journey around Northland. Located in historic Waimate North, 5 minutes from Te Waimate Mission. Kerikeri or Paihia is 20 minutes by car or 15 minutes to Ngawha Hot Springs. The cabin is a self-contained unit (3x6 metres) with heating/air conditioning, surrounded by cottage gardens filled with flowers creating a peaceful and relaxing environment for you to unwind. Cereal, bread, milk, tea and coffee are provided for you to make breakfast.

Come and enjoy all that Kerikeri and the Bay of Islands can offer from our centrally located base. Our spacious 1-bedroom studio offers a lounge with kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, toaster and tea & coffee making facilities (no cooktop or oven). We are more than happy to cater any meals on (timely) request. The studio is separated from the main home, and is adjoined with the garage. It has a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a sunny, private deck out front.

The Back Paddock

Our beautiful self contained farmstay cottage has just been renovated giving extra space and a more private bedroom. The cottage is close to the house but very private, set on 43 acres with lovely rural views. We are just 8 kms from the quaint historical township of Kerikeri, and only 1 km from the Kerikeri airport. We are very central to all tourist attractions. It is an ideal destination, for peace and quiet after a busy day sightseeing, exploring or simply visiting the area.
