West Cottage is on a quiet village street in Lessingham, less than two miles from Norfolk's coast and five miles from the Broads. With off-street parking, a large garden, and views from both bedrooms to Happisburgh lighthouse, it's an idyllic spot for a tranquil holiday. Downstairs, a cosy sitting room with fireplace and dining area leads to a well-equipped kitchen, beyond which is a bathroom with over-bath shower. Upstairs, the large master bedroom has a king-sized bed, the smaller a 4ft bed.

Wren cottage is a unique, one-bedroom, self-contained property with its own private garden set within the grounds of Boundary Stables. A perfect hideaway with lots of character, ideal for a short break or longer holiday. Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.
