The cottage was very cozy and had everything you need for an overnight stay. We enjoyed our time at the cottage!

This was my second time staying here! Always peaceful and quiet! Breathtaking views all around! Just what I wanted! I love that there is still plenty of things to do near by if wanting to get out! I highly recommend going! I plan to come back!

Lori’s place was so cozy, immediately upon curling up on the couch it was like I was at home, minus the hustle and bustle of people coming and going. I was at peace, comfortable, cozy and relaxed. I will definitely stay here again and hopefully when we have more time to stay. I highly recommend this cottage, it’s magical.

We loved staying here. Beautiful location that balances peaceful nature with being close to downtown Chattanooga. House is cozy and well appointed, hosts do an awesome job giving you all the essentials and more. We hiked, ate a ton, and just relaxed. Thank you so much!

Let me start by saying, the cabin was incredible. Felt like stepping back in time. Very well done. Our host even dropped off fresh baked cinnamon rolls and cake for us. Excellent surprise. Now the rest of the story… My wife and I chose this location to escape from the storms in mid TN. Weather reports looked decent. 1:00 in the morning we were woke up to tornado warnings and then it hit. Horrible experience and terrifying to be in a strange place during a tornado but, the cabin survived and kept us safe. Cindy the host was in immediate contact with us making sure we were safe and her husband came in person to check on us. Our terrible experience has nothing to do with the property or the host, both were beyond fantastic and for that alone deserve your business. We will definitely be back hopefully when the weather is better. Thank you Cindy for being a caring and wonderful person. Mostly thankful for the cabin that did its job and kept my wife and I safe.

This is a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Our hosts were so kind and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our stay and the surrounding area. The property has several places to stay, but you do not see them from each location. The waterfall and creek are beautiful and a nice place to relax. I would recommend their unique places.

My first stay in a Grant Summit cabin. Absolutely thoroughly enjoyed it! A quaint beautiful cabin. It had everything us girls (grandmother, daughter in law and teen granddaughter) needed. I was pleasantly surprised that the cabin location was on an end which happened to be where the hot tub sat making it more private. So happy! Loved the esthetic decor, spectacular views and tranquillity! I will be a repeat vacationer.

The tiny house was comfortable and well maintained. Clean and well stocked.

We spontaneously decided to get a night out in the woods for our anniversary and the birdhouse was the perfect spot! It was quiet, peaceful, and exactly what we were looking for. There were chickens on the property, an area to fish in, a wonderful campfire site easy to make dinner on. It was well worth the trip.

Loved our stay in Mary’s wonderful airbnb! Super peaceful and adored the drive to the airbnb. Got a little worried because of the most recent review posted but I want to confirm that Mary gave us the utmost privacy, and the past review seems to not be the truth at all. Would definitely book again! So comfy!

My youngest son and I enjoyed a few days in nature - building a fire, sitting under the stars, and hiking the trails. Deer Lick Falls is stunning, and the intermediate hike by the creek is beautiful and invigorating. This unit is two lots away from the trailhead, which was our main reason for choosing it. We spent quite a bit of time on the inviting deck in beautiful weather. The cushions not under the covered area were weathered (could use cleaning/a cover) but still comfortable. The accommodations were satisfactory and included the necessary basics. The property had sweet, welcoming touches. I would suggest a bit of updating/maintenance, but nothing that deterred our stay. I would recommend bringing paper plates as these units (floorplans) don't have dishwashers if you prefer convenience.

10/10 would recommend, very clean and peaceful place to get away from the craziness of life for a couple days

Absolutely gorgeous cabin that is well worth the stay! We wanted a few days to have a peaceful getaway and that’s absolutely what we got with this property. The cabin is beautiful - excellent construction, high class finishes, lovely design. The king bed was comfortable, and the place has all the amenities you could want. Looking out the windows every morning and seeing the gorgeous trees was exactly what we needed! As an added bonus, they are just 10 minutes away from a local university that has over 40 miles of gorgeous hiking trails, so we were able to hike every single day and really enjoy our surroundings. They are also very close to Chattanooga, so we got to go to Rock City and the aquarium while we were there. Overall, a great experience and I definitely recommend!

Awesome tiny house. Wonderful attention to details. Owners were promptly informative with the necessary info. Beautiful setting. After adding fees, I just thought it was a bit high compared to other places I've stayed. Would still recommend if you are looking for a cool get away.

My family and I booked this tiny home for the weekend and absolutely loved it! The hiking trails were 100 yards away, and it was worth every penny. I highly recommend this place. We brought our 5 year old and 2 year old, and all they wanted to do was hike. The waterfall was beautiful, as well as all the other trails that border the creek. The house itself was great! The “upstairs” was great for the kids. It was their “fort.” The main area was also great. Kasidy was a great host, and I would recommend this retreat to anyone. We will be back soon!

We absolutely loved the whitewood!! The location is peaceful, quiet and private. The little lagoon is so cute! The house itself was so clean and had so many amenities - literally everything and more that we needed. The furniture was comfortable and clean linens were available. All the extra little touches were so nice too. The host really made sure to have everything you may need, even including coffee and a white noise machine! Bonus: We will always remember this place and our stay since we got engaged here!!!

Natalie was a great, detailed host! This is the best stocked Airbnb or hotel I’ve ever stayed in. You have everything you could need to not leave the cabin all weekend! You had everything you needed for cooking right there. Love all of the helpful instructions around the cabin too. It was perfectly secluded and a short walk away from the best sunset overlook in the area! Go hang gliding if you get the chance.

We absolutely loved our stay! Such a fun little space! They nailed the “enchanted” feel outdoors. The home was very spacious and never felt like a “tiny home” even with 6 adults! The host was super helpful and immediately rearranged our reservation dates when we had a last minute change to the timing of our visit. We had everything we needed available to us, plus more and the drive up to the home is beautiful!

This was the perfect place for my whole family! Super close to SLTC and a beautiful place! I would definitely stay here again!

Kylene was very responsive and helpful!!! We had a very relaxing week and were perfectly located for what we wanted to do, which was hike, relax and see Chattanooga some. We were minutes from Cloudland canyon, lookout mountain/Ruby falls and Chattanooga! As a pilots daughter I LOVED being at the little airport and watching the gliders and meeting the amazing people in the area! The river with the trail was perfect for evening walks! Thank you for a great week Kylene, we would love to visit again!

Absolutely gorgeous place! I randomly needed a getaway and chose The Raven, and it did not disappoint. It was beautiful and quiet, providing the relaxation I needed. Anna was a great host, checking in on us to make sure we were doing well. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to unwind!
