Good communication and expectations where filled. Beautiful area to stay in.

Wonderful little air bnb, great location. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, beaches and the train station. Check In was super easy and Roger was very responsive. Only suggestion I would make is it would benefit to have air conditioning in the bedrooms as they got quite warm at night. Thank you for letting us stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Aspendale. It was clean, modern, and had everything we needed, including a thoughtful welcome gift that made us feel instantly at home. The location was fantastic, just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to great food options. We had a car and found it easy to get around, but even without one, the area was lovely to explore. A really nice bonus was that another Airbnb was in the same building, which meant extended family could stay close by too. Highly recommended for a relaxed beachside stay in Melbourne!

The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to Warragul and the surrounding area where I was working. The apartment was clean, roomy, comfortable and had everything I needed. Good washing and drying facilities elsewhere on the property only a short walk from the apartment. The pool was clean and refreshing during the hot weather. Lovely garden, very well maintained. Easy access at any time of the day or night. Affable and easy going hosts.

Simona is a great host we’re so glad we chose her apartment. She was a very good communicator and dealt with any queries promptly. We arrived early morning and Simona as there to meet us and show us around the apartment, she’s a great host. The apartment is in an excellent location for transport to the local areas and the City. There are many cafes and restaurants close by. The local shopping Mall is within a few minutes by car or train or walkable in 10-15 mins. We had a great time and we would highly recommend it. Lovely little unit with everything you need for a getaway. We appreciated the cleanliness and all the amenities provided including washing machine, iron, hair-dryer etc (important to us as we were on the peninsula to attend a wedding!) A short 3 minute drive to the beach and 5 minutes to the pier and all the restaurants.

We had the best stay at Lesley’s apartment, which was so conveniently located across the road from the beach, and walkable to many great cafes and restaurants. The apartment itself was so luxurious and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the artworks and how the apartment was styled, made it extra special. Kids enjoyed the books, puzzles and toys. The linen and towels were fabulously soft as well as the beds and pillows- we all had a great sleep! Thank you Lesley for the extra touch of Easter eggs for the kids - we were able to do a little Easter egg hunt in the apartment which made it so memorable! We felt it was very safe and private, and quiet. Perfect for a weekend away.

A beautiful little place. Everything you need. A comfy bed and couch. You’ll need a car to get around. Super peaceful and the bath was fantastic at night

It took a while for us to figure out that the apartment was easily accessible via the staircase from the carpark, as opposed to using the lift. But apart from that, the apartment was beautifully furnished, with the plants adding to a warm, homely feel. We enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it!

Anthony was always quick to respond in a friendly manner. Even offering us to have a late check out which was lovely!

Had such a wonderful stay here. The place was super homely, cosy and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfy. A great location, close drive to everything that you need, and absolutely beautiful garden. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I cant believe how great this place is. The building amenities are 5 star. The apartment is brand new and has everything you need. We walked to dinner and had a nice stroll along the beach across the road. Views on the rooftop deck are incredible.

Amazing location directly across from the park and beach, with the pub down the road. very easy check in, the kids loved the provided toys to play with after the very long drive.

Jeanette's place was beautifully. My friemds amd I stayed here the night before the mornington half marathon. The house was Clean well furnished with everything we needed and more. Location was fab nice and peaceful a great stay for a family.
