Mister Finks was the epitome of beach-side relaxation. It's chic is accurately designed to reflect its surroundings. It's level of comfort was great as well, it made us feel at home, but had the charm to remind us we were away from home and to enjoy the time to relax! The place brings together the right qualities that make a great Airbnb. The pool table, though larger than Ive seen before, was a great distraction for those in between moments, and is a great addition to the house. Close to the hot springs, and all of what the peninsula has to offer - I'd happily recommend Mister Finks to anyone wanting to spend a weekend, or longer away on the Peninsula to refresh and relax. This charming little gem was one of the most comfortable, well-appointed, and peaceful Airbnbs I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. It’s clear that Julie has put thoughtful care into every detail, from the stylish décor to the small, welcoming touches that make you feel instantly at home. The space is warm, inviting, and impeccably clean. The surrounding garden feels like your own private sanctuary, and with the large glass double doors opening out to it, there’s a beautiful sense of the indoors and outdoors blending together. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee outside or unwinding at the end of the day, the space offers a delightfully cozy atmosphere that’s hard to come by. The location is also ideal, just a 15-minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the train station. I wouldn’t hesitate to return!

I had a wonderful stay in Dave's apartment. Immaculately clean, great communication with host, safe, secure, quiet, easy access, lovely view and with all the comforts of home. Within easy walking distance of everything, beach, supermarket, cafes, shops, public transport. A great place in a great spot.

Amazing location directly across from the park and beach, with the pub down the road. very easy check in, the kids loved the provided toys to play with after the very long drive.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a family catch up. Close to all amenities and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking a meal. There were sufficient plates, cutlery, cups etc for more than 3 meals. There were books and games for indoor activities. The apartment was clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay - a home away from home. It was an easy drive to the tourist spots in Mornington Peninsula. Thank you Vanya and Zoran for the stay.

Jeanette's place was beautifully. My friemds amd I stayed here the night before the mornington half marathon. The house was Clean well furnished with everything we needed and more. Location was fab nice and peaceful a great stay for a family.

We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to others looking for clean, safe and simple accommodation. Everything felt clean and comfortable when we arrived. We loved the fireplace, our daughter loved the table tennis table out the back, and our dog loved the backyard which was safe and secure. Going for a short, local walk at dusk was great for kangaroo, wombat and rabbit spotting also!

It was such a delightful trip! The entire house felt warm and welcoming, and the huge backyard gave my dog the perfect holiday too. I absolutely loved the bedding — it was incredibly soft and comfortable. Best of all, there was an awesome sound system in the living room that made our stay even more fun. If I return to Phillip Island, I’ll definitely stay here again!

Another fantastic stay at Jayne’s place

We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

We had 3 nights here and enjoyed our stay. It was in a good part of the island, easy accessible. Large home with everything you would need. Amazing water pressure and a comfy firm bed. This would be great for a family as it has a large outdoor area. We were able to get in early and leave a little later which was so convenient.

We stayed over the Easter long weekend and had a great time with family. The house was well presented, cosy, clean and super functional. A bit of a walk to town but easy beach access. Would recommend.

We used Josephine’s apartment while visiting family in the Aspendale area. It is perfectly located near the station and a few metres back from the beach. The apartment was quiet and well presented and we found it particularly clean too. The apartment also has its own soul and personal decorating touches which made the apartment feel more welcoming and alive. Access is super easy and no fuss as is the building itself to navigate. Would recommend!

We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.
