This is a great house to stay whilst in the area. Hosts are very helpful and friendly. Nice welcome in the house. Facilities exactly as described. Easy walk to waterfront for supermarket, restaurants or just exploring the waterfront. We were a group of 4 and plenty of room /space for us and would be for a few more without feeling tight. Lovely place.

We had a wonderful stay in Gqeberha during the Easter weekend. The house was beautiful and fresh, and the location was great. The instructions were straightforward, making everything easy. We'll definitely come back again.

Paul hosted our family at his home during a very difficult time for us as a family - we lost our mom and grandmother, and came from Windhoek to PE my hometown, to lay her to rest. The home was precisely as it was listed and described. It was exceptionally clean and neat. The home provided us with a place of warmth, calm, space, peace and reflection we needed during this time. It also provided us with ample space to welcome our family and friends who came to comfort and sympathize with us during the week we stayed in PE. I cannot thank Paul and dearest Antoinette (property manager) enough for this opportunity. It was divinely orchestrated that our paths cross and we get to spend an unforgettable time in your home. We had a great stay here. The place was spacious and had a lovely homely feel to it. Very relaxing. Although a bit cold during our stay, the children were still able to enjoy the garden, which was really nice. The location was great. A very safe neighbourhood and only about 15 minutes from the airport. Janet was lovely and really responsive to our queries. We would highly recommend.

All you can need and more in a fun entertaining setting. Great for a group of 10+ people!

I only gave the location a 3 star because the neighborhood doesn't really sell itself when compared to summerstrand for instance, it's more situated in the city and can look intimidating, however with that said we felt safe enough. The actual house was simply amazing, probably top 3 airbnb places I have ever booked in terms of amenities in the house, it really was a home away from home!! thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting PE in the future.

Thoroughly enjoyed the place, ever since i got out the car and parked inside. Felt elevated, I could dream. I loved everyroom(kitchen, bedroom and bathroom). Royal, beautiful bathroom especially the shower. Dreamt about the house i want to own during my stay, a vow for wealth. Seemless dreamy stay, a must experience place.

Beautiful apartment at a very quiet and secure location with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. -Apartment was clean -Loved the kitchen with all the appliances we needed to prepare food. -Loved the indoor braai area. -Loved the heated pool. -Nice views from the bedroom balcony. -Ample parking space Host was friendly and quick to respond

Me and my son really enjoyed staying there and felt at home. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the flat and all the amenities at our disposal and with having a full D.S.T.V bouquet for our viewing pleasure was just the cherry on the cake. We forgot to talk about where the key and remote should be left as we had to check out quite early on Sunday morning to get to the airport, but I just left it inside the door, but further more am very glad we chose to stay there and Hester our host were very friendly. Will recommend this place to anyone and will happily stay there again.

Nyameka is a great host, she is responsive and friendly! The place is breathtakingly beautiful and clean. It is in a quiet neighbourhood and its easy to get by. I had pleasant stay and will definitely come back again.

Gavin was a great host, communicated well, and even helped us out with recommendations when we had car trouble.

We absolutely loved our stay at Eloise and Gustav's place! The comms before and during our stay were extremely good. Loved the welcome snacks and treats and the local recommendations were extremely helpful as it was our first time in PE. The unit was pristine, secure and we felt right at home. It honestly felt like a home away from home with a very well equipped kitchen with more than you would think you would need! Lastly, it was very useful having the emergency and alarm info printed out and put in the bedroom and kitchen for easy reference! the views are absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend!!

It was such a pleasure to be met by the friendly manager, Bridget from check in to check out. She was very helpful even when we had questions during out stay. The view of the sea is breathtaking and the accessibility to the beach and to Boardwalk made it a prime for us and our purpose for the visit. I will not hesitate to book this property again the next time I am in Port Elizabeth.

Our stay at the seaview holiday home was nothing short of amazing. Whether it was helping us find local hidden gems or bringing extra blankets when the nights got chilly, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The house itself was immaculate, well-equipped, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our holiday even more special. It’s a truly perfect place for anyone looking for peace, comfort, and genuine hospitality. We can’t wait to return!
