9th floor OCEAN VIEW studio @Sandestin resort

Our ocean view studio overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the bay area is inside the Sandestin Resort on the 9th floor with a balcony. It is right by the Sandestin beach, recently updated and refurbished. Waterfall pool, heated jacuzzi and gym in the building. * Exterior building upgrades: Begin April/May with impact on balcony usage. Current schedule says work around this unit might be going from May - end of July. More details below. Therefore a huge discount was applied for those months.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room to spread out. Less than 5 minutes from Ponce de Leon Spring State park. Only 10 minutes to get to Vortex Springs or Morrison Springs. Drive 45 minutes to the beautiful white sand beaches in Panama City beach, or Grayton beach in Santa Rosa. Make yourself at home and rest and reset in a country atmosphere. SAND AND OCEAN LOVERS VACATION VILLA "B"

This cozy 1 bedroom 1 bathroom beach unit is able to accommodate up to 4 people. It is stocked with clean towels and linens, tv, Wi-Fi, and all basic necessities. It is 15 minutes from the airport and one block away from the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach. This unit is close to Pier Park, Frank Brown, restaurants, bars, and shops! 30A, voted best US Beach in 2020, is also a short drive away. This is the PERFECT place to make memories of a lifetime.
