Our stay was amazing. The condo was clean and felt very homey. The bed in the primary was so comfortable. It was a short walk to public beach and great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Just a short, straight walk to the beach! Loved all of the beach things they had in the closet! The wagon was great! The beach is gorgeous. 30A is unbeatable. The place was very spacious and our 8 slept very comfortably. We will definitely keep this on our list to book again!

Peter & Julie were super accommodating and very easy to work with throughout the booking and check out process, willingly answering any and add questions we had as we geared up to arrive. Upon arrival, the condo was super clean, decorated nicely and very comfortable. Plus the onsite amenities like the small gym, weekly yoga classes, tennis and pickleball were fantastic. Being so close to the beach and being very walkable, we truly enjoyed staying here. Knowing that I planned to cook a good deal when we were there, I shared with Peter that the pans were badly damaged from other guests and within one day there was a fantastic new set on site for me. I was delighted that they took such good care of us. Top notch hosts.

The place was great. It was a comfortable stay. We were worried about not being on the beach, for the first time, but when you drive to the provided parking spaces it really wasn’t bad. The down side is that it is quite a distance if you want to go at different times and someone has to walk. The beach is more crowded than a private one, but we loved the ease of Whale’s Tail being right there for us to use.

Staying at Jeff and Cindy’s place was a real delight!!! We loved the location and really enjoyed the HUGE screened porches!!! Perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxing!!! Kitchen well stocked, lovely furnishings and terrify bathrooms with walk in showers!! They were very responsive to any questions that we had and were simply great hosts!!!

This condo is really awesome with a great view of both the beach and the city. It is furnished nicely and the beds are really comfy. There was coffee, cream and sugar for our use and I greatly appreciated that extra. It is in walking distance to Pier Park. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return. Check-in and Check-out was easy. My only complaints are listed below and really are minor issues. Thanks Wendy for an awesome view and a comfortable place. The bed pillows were very flat and need to be replaced. The hot water ran out really quick. We did not find a wagon for hauling items to the beach? The road construction is a mess out front.

Beach Retreat 407 We just returned from a week at the beach retreat 407, first time in this particular unit. The condo was just as described and spotless, the view of the gulf from the balcony was breathtaking. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance of condo. Don’t hesitate to stay at this unit, you will not regret it!

Perfect location with easy beach access right across the street! Walkable to a few restaurants and local coffee shop. Definitely planning a trip next year to stay again.

This stay was amazing! The location to the beach and pool was ideal with a newborn. This was the perfect size for the 3 of us and our dog, who enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. This was well worth the price and would love to stay again!

Excellent apartment, location, the complex has everything, restaurant, pool, beach 3 minutes walk, you can go for a walk and breathe fresh air, everything well organized and clean, it's a 10/10, I would come back 100% recommend it, the host is excellent and always attentive to any questions.

The condo was wonderful! The location was amazing and access to the amenities was a bonus given the reasonable price. Definitely just for two people as it is cozy, but ample living space and a good sized kitchen. There is a full-size refrigerator, small dishwasher and a two burner stove. There were plenty of pots and pans/utensils to prepare easy meals. No spices so bring your own, including salt and pepper. The patio was an extension of the living space. Parking was easy and close to our condo. You are super close to a Publix and a CVS if you need anything. Our only difficulty was some of the codes at the pool/beach. The QR code worked a couple of times but the codes didn’t. A nice couple gave us a code that worked and after that, it was easy. I do think they were making upgrades to the code readers so that could be the reason. Overall this was a great value in an amazing, peaceful location. The hosts were very responsive and helpful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely book again. The condo was exactly as it was described, the communication was great as well. It was just a few minutes walk to the beach, having the chairs and umbrella service was amazing as it saved us from bringing these extra items down in our car. You could walk to Capt Dave's, Kenny D's and several other locations to eat. Great area to walk as well, I think we did a little over 3 miles each day. Our dog loved the area as well!

We had a great time at Vitamin Sea. It was comfortable, so convenient to the beach and also to have some shampoo conditioner and body wash in the shower. Huge closet for our clothes and suitcases. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciate that we could bring our pets for a reasonable pet cleaning fee. Recommendation to pet parents looking to stay: bring shoes for your dogs. There were several little burrs in the surrounding yards. We had to check our pets paws after every walk to pull out those spiky little brambles.

This was supposed to be a quick one-day beach trip, but I ended up extending it. I’m someone people might call “boujie” and would usually book something more upscale, but this condo was pleasant, comfortable, and had a beach view. The decor gave it a nice coastal vibe that really added to the experience. I’d definitely book here again in the future. As someone who’s younger, it can be tough to book places on my own since most places have a 21+ age limit, but I really appreciate this spot for being accessible and welcoming. Overall, I was very satisfied!

Such a beautiful place to stay at !10/10 would recommend staying the pools are very close . Plus just a 6 minute walk to the beach ! Definitely would come back again ! Robin was a great and very responsive host !

Our host Sophie was extremely accommodating. We felt welcome and comfortable the minute we walked into the condo, clean and tastefully decorated. The amenities were perfect ensuring all our needs were met for our stay. This condo is a short 5 min walk to one of the most beautiful sugar sand beaches. Looking forward to returning.

We enjoyed our stay here. With it being right next to the beach and grocery store, we didn't have to drive to anything. Joseph was amazing host and we will definitely be staying here again when we come back! This is a perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

The stay was more than amazing spacious location was very great and easy to get to restaurants. Crystal was very responsive and I appreciate it will definitely stay here again. The view was everything.

I’ve stayed at several condos on this property but Caty’s was one of a kind! I feel like the pictures online don’t do the condo justice. I loved the decor and felt very at home there. I was literally blown away with all of the different things she had for her guests to use. Board games, beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, beach towels, coupons for local restaurants, lots of extras in the kitchen and even several extra throw blankets for those of us who stay cold 🥶 We all felt right at home and I couldn’t be more grateful for the generosity she showed to our family. We will definitely be back! Thank you 😊

5-star rating. Great location. Clean. Host provided great instructions. Access was easy. Only two observations of note: 1. TV in downstairs bedroom did not have a remote. 2. All three ceiling fans are on the same frequency channel so when each guest is using the remote for the respective fan, they conflict with each other. I suggest that the fans be programmed on different frequency channels.

Our second time staying and we will be back! Particularly love this location at Pinnacle Point, in one of the low rises - but close to the pool! Great place to stay with a little family! Great host and stay! Thanks!
