The space has a mini fridge, microwave, tea, coffee, milk, jug ,cutlery, and crockery. There are no cooking facilities. You will be staying in a quiet residential subdivision, approximately 8-10 minute drive from the centre of town. 1 minute walk is a cafe/restaurant and garden bar and a well stocked grocery shop.

Wanaka Cedar Loft

**The loft is 1.5kms, 2 mins drive to the town & about a 20 min walk for the average person)- If this is beyond your fitness capability, or your preference to be close to town- please please please DO NOT BOOK WITH US.** It is situated on an acre of land in a private road. The loft is above our garage, up a private staircase the loft has open plan -living, sleeping, dining with a kitchenette, It also has laundry facilities. It is quiet, cosy, well appointed & very private with beautiful views.

From your patio and bedroom windows are gorgeous garden and mountain views.

Wanaka - Pips Place

Pip's guest house is attached in between the house & garage and is separate to our house. Overlooking our garden, you can relax and view Mt Iron, climbers scaling the mountain and observe the beauty while feeling relaxed. Our back gate leads you directly onto local bike and walking tracks and local ski fields are 35 minutes drive from here. All new beds and furniture and a self contained kitchen. Great place to park your boat. you can pop down to the river or lake for a swim.
