This self-contained unit is ground floor, with breakfast provisions and coffee machine. Nestled amongst private extensive GARDENS this one bedroom unit has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge-dining and undercover BBQ area. Managed by SUPERHOSTS, the unit has VIEWS of and access to the WATERFRONT. This elegantly appointed BnB has a private bathroom, air-conditioning and Foxtel TV with sports, entertainment & movie channels. Community POOL and CAFES a short walk away. Sleep literally 5 meters from the clear deepwater frontage great for fishing and swimming. Snorkel for a look at fish and old sandstone ballast from coal ships while eating oysters from rocks at low tide. Watch the sharp shells. (Water shoes, personal life vest, and flippers advised.) Walk the nature reserve and spot the swooping Owls. No fences so please bring extra-long dog leads. Use the kayaks and standup paddleboards while wondering if there is life on Mars! (Jetty is not our property.)

Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Sitting on a bluff opposite ocean reserve Swansea Heads Hideaway is a cosy light-filled 60s beach house with ocean, lake and mountain views. Gorgeous, swimmable ocean and channel beaches are less than 10 minutes walk away from the cottage. Surrounded by a spacious garden and well away from any traffic, you can completely relax in this home away from home whilst only having to drive 5 minutes to reach the spectacular Caves Beach, major supermarkets and cafes.
