It is off-grid (i.e, no electricity) but is well heated. The yurt is fully furnished as a bedroom with a double bed, windows, and 5 gallon water dispenser. There is a private out-house a few yards away plus a housed hot shower/compost toilet at the front of the property for summer guests. It is winter accessible by foot/snowshoe/snowmobile.
