The open floor plan will allow all of the guests to connect while playing shuffleboard, board games, cooking meals or just relaxing while taking in the views. Your Electric Car can charge in garage. Note: Home has a very steep driveway. In the winter, you will need 4x4 or all-wheel drive to get to the top in snow or ice. There is parking at the bottom of the driveway with about 100 yard trek from the bottom to the top.

2-bedroom, 1.5 bath home for rent. Home is part of a duplex, the other side has a full-time renter. Quiet street, walking distance from restaurants, shopping, etc. in East Vancouver. There is enough parking for 2 cars to fit in tandem in the driveway + plenty of street parking. One bedroom has a K bed and the other is an office space with a Q plug-in air mattress. Enjoy time outside on the private backyard patio or inside with a fire in the wood-burning fireplace.
