This was a fabulous place to stay. Peaceful, private, with an easy drive to get to many wonderful stores and restaurants. Naomi and Tom have thought of every detail and the decor shows that. Highly recommend :).

My daughter had a wonderful stay at this cozy studio during her time in Ann Arbor for a course in the University of Michigan. The space was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect home away from home. One of the best features was the convenience of nearby bus stops, which made it easy to explore the area. Plus, there’s a Trader Joe’s just a short walk away, so stocking up on snacks and essentials was a breeze! Overall, we highly recommend this place for anyone when visiting the city and looking for a lovely and accessible spot.

Very nice location, good host, friendly

I have only great things to say about the hosts. The price and location were a no-brainer for me. I stayed here for four months while completing my clinical rotations, and whenever I had any issues, the hosts responded quickly and resolved them. The bedroom and bathroom were ideal for my needs, and the hosts were always quick to reply. An emergency came up at the beginning of my stay, and I’m very grateful for how the hosts responded and supported me during that time. The only downside was sharing the kitchen with other guests. At times, it became disorganized, especially with short-term visitors, and I occasionally had to clean dirty utensils or pans before I could use them. Some guests were also loud late at night, and it could get noisy when people walked up the stairs — though you do get used to it.

Great, affordable spot for those looking for short term housing while staying in Ann Arbor. Highly recommend, will likely come back here as I come back into town for work.

Easy walk to campus. Loved the kitchen and common area. Would be fun to stay there with a group. My room was quiet and cozy.

I loved my stay here! The mobile concierge team was friendly and quick to respond., even in the evening. They were very helpful with recommendations. The place was beautiful and felt like home. They made sure I had coffee upon request. Priorities! The place was clean and they have noise restrictions with reasonable times. All the house rules are laid out to ensure everyone is respectful of the space we are sharing. It still felt like I have the entire place to myself. My flight was delayed from 9am to 2pm. The team was gracious enough to grant me a complementary late check out. I was so grateful to be able to go back to the place and rest in comfort until it was time to go back to the airport. That saved me from 5 hours of sitting in the airport. Priceless! 4M does an amazing job of hosting! The place is modern, clean and spacious. I highly recommend staying here with them. Excellent location with several bus stops nearby. Location is close to downtown and the stadium is walkable. The amenities are good for a short stay. I had no complaints during my stay. Though you are sharing the space with several other people so the quality of your stay can be dependent on the other guests. But I had no problems with the other guests while I was there.
