We are nestled up against the foothills of the Oregon Cascades, in the heart of the Willamette Valley within min of many wineries & every outdoor activity you can think of. We are approx 6 mi from downtown Lebanon & 15 min or less from Albany & I-5.

We are conventional grass seed and hazelnut farmers who live next door and farm on the property. This home is nestled in a mature hazelnut orchard further surrounded by grass fields. Studio has own entrance and is separate from the main house. Studio has its own private bathroom with a shower, and laundry facilities, electric heat in the winter. Air conditioning only in the main sleeping area of the bnb in the summer. There is a food prep area with a large sink. There is no oven but several small appliances available for meal prep. Studio sits on 6 acres with nearby hiking trails or towns. Would be nice for the traveling contractor who needs a room.
