The place is surrounded by tall trees and greenery all around that it provides full isolation from the outside world. It has 5 spacious rooms and and attic bedroom. The balconies are big and provide ample space for folks who love outdoor seating. It is easily accessible by road . Host Ajith was very courteous and provided us with all help during our stay there. Overall the place is an amazing option for folks looking for a weekend hideout in wayanad

We travelled here as a family of 4 early May-2025. This place is at a serene and peaceful location. Photos match the description of the place. Staff are helpful and food is very delicious. Please try the Kerala meals for lunch, you will love it! Host is very caring, responsive and friendly. We never felt like we didn’t know Prasad, the owner. We will definitely come back here. Tips for travellers: 1. The location on gmaps is not accurate. The staff and owner will guide you with proper directions. Please follow their directions. 2. Prasad had mentioned to us to avoid the Nagahole route. This route has bad roads. Please avoid this route.

I am speechless by the hospitality of host Deepa and caretaker cum cook Mr Ranjan. More than place i liked the people. It was home away from home experience. Place is nice, neat and clean, property is good and worth staying. We had a good time in property. Campfire experience was delightful. Mr Ranjan surprises you in every possible way. From arranging snacks in campfire to ensuring your day is full of sumptuous authentic homemade Kerala cuisine. They also packed food for our way back home. They also customised food for kids. Stayed in touch till we reached home safely. What an amazing hospitality. Deepa was available all the time from meeting our last minute requirement to guiding us the places to visit. You can ask for help and they try their best to accommodate it . So far i have stayed in many Airbnbs but will give 10 out of 10 to this place and host. We were group of 10 and everyone had their own request. To my surprise they fulfilled all . Fell in love with the place.

I and my cousins stayed at Arun’s place and the stay is just perfect. Tucked right next to the forest. The place is in Sultan Bathery and easy to find. Its the perfect place to give the feels of forest stay. Our cottage was at the last and behind the door was just the forest. Yet it had good running hot water, clean sheets, bathrooms. The place even had common swimming pool and they even arrange for a fire . It can easily accommodate 4-6 ppl. The caretaker Zanoof was very prompt and helpful even bringing food during downpour. Also swiggy delivers right to your cottage if one wants to order. Would recommend if u want to just chill and be away from city chaos.

Great place for a quiet weekend with family, friends. Mathew and wife is very hospitable and made us feel right at home. The surrounding with spices, vegetables and fruits are refreshing and the music of nature made a relaxing and wonderful experience for us.

Host was responsive, proactive and kind. home was easy to find. checkin went smooth. the home is close the the kalpetta city. surrounded by various trees and plants. quite neighborhood. was kind of the Mr. Ismail to make us coffee once we reach the home. the home has good wifi network , clean home. overall definitely recommend the place. will look forward to get back to Mr. Ismail's home when visiting wayanad again.

We stayed in Villa 2 and it was peaceful, easy to find & homely vibes. Samad was our host and he was responsive, always available on call/in-person. We accessed pool and had a great time.

A nice place to chill out with your friends and families. Ashu the manager is very responsive and helpful! Right now they have two beautiful mini cottages with attached bathrooms. At least 2 people can stay in each room. The outside setup is beautiful you can spend hours and hours in the garden area with a mesmerizing green hilly view of the Western Ghats. Just one thing we faced network issues over there and the wifi strength was also not good. Will request management to set up a strong wifi, other than this everything was pretty great. I will recommend everyone to stay at this place as this provides a great gateway from the tedious life!
