Only a 30min drive to Snowbasin resort, and Powder Mountain. About 20min away from Pine-view dam. Lots of nearby hiking trails! In the summer, the backyard pool is open. We have a swing-set and trampoline for the kids to enjoy along with a furnished patio! *We have 2 friendly dogs who bark occasionally*
