THE COOPERAGE was built in 1896 for one of the Ballarat Bertie Brewery's finest coopers - John Nice. This 4-bedroom Victorian Cottage is situated on a corner block with beautifully manicured gardens. Over the years, Ballarat's highly sought-after builders extended this house and added an amazing lantern style roof to bring an abundance of natural light in this beautiful home. THE COOPERARE is a short walk to CBD, cafes and specialty shops or a short drive to most of the Ballarat attractions.

Rancho Relaxo Eco House is an off-grid property, just a 10 minute drive (13kms) outside of Daylesford, VIC. It is an ideal couples retreat or a friends getaway. The Cottage is two story and the main bed and additional bed (within the reading area) is located on the 2nd level. The Cottage, including the sleeping areas, is an open plan space with natural light and views of the spring fed dams and paddocks. Local bird life is abundant and you may see the occasional Kangaroo wandering the grounds.

Wariin is an old miners cottage, circa 1900's, tastefully renovated to make your stay both relaxing and comfortable. It is perfect as a couples retreat or a small family holiday, it is private and pet friendly (small dogs only, larger dogs at owners approval)
