Our family of 8 had the most incredible time staying at Upul's beautiful beach house in Negombo. The property is stunning, located just a few meters away from the beach, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the shore. It’s hard to believe such a gem is so unbelievably affordable! The house itself is spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for a family getaway. A special mention to the caretaker—she is one of the sweetest and most hospitable people we've ever met. The meals she prepared were absolutely delicious and added so much warmth to our experience. Upul, the host, was incredibly accommodating and ensured everything was perfect for our stay. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the experience even better. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations and left us with cherished memories. If you're looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and affordable beachside retreat, look no further. Thank you, Upul, for making our family vacation so special!

It’s location was strategic for our requirements. Beautiful house with a huge compound with lots of nature surrounded. Good view for both sunsets and sunrise, loved his place very much. Hence, there an outdoor kitchen as well. And not forgetting the wonderful five friendly companions. Beautiful flowers and nature surrounding with paddy fields and a fish pond. A tranquil place to chill and heal, the internet is also reliable. The caretaker; Mr Amit and family as also very helpful. Offered us all the support and assistance during our stay. We’ll definitely be back when we’re in this part of the world.

A Cozy Home Away From Home I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this place! The space felt welcoming and comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. It truly felt like a home away from home. The communication with the host was excellent; they were responsive, helpful. We loved staying at Villa Mika! The villa is so luxurious and cosy we felt truly at home!! There are so many nice details we enjoyed like: The morning trip they give us in their Jeep for free to the market. The fully equipped appliances The free breakfast that Priyan prepared for us! Which was really yummy. The pool and jacuzzi ofcourse were fantastic. Only thing that the pool is deep so you need to be careful if you have kids maybe a floaty would help. We definitely would love to come back here in the future! Thanks alot to JC and Natasha for being such great Hosts it was a pleasure to meet them. Also a shout out to Sira the housekeeper he was extremely responsive and friendly.

Maybe the best AirBnB property I’ve used? Lovely and spacious home with dreamy outdoor lighting when the sun goes down. So much natural light by day! It was perfect for our meetings and our host + property manager were so gracious. We found out we could purchase meals during our stay and it was certainly the right decision. The food was amazing, delivered on time and servings were generous. Highly recommend!

This house is really confortable and beautiful. The kitchen was fully eqipped. We got filtered clean water, and towels, everything. The rooms are nice and perfect. And I would like to gratefully thank the lady who welcomed us for her endless kindness and hospitality. She did everything to make us feel as good as possible. On the last morning, she even made delicious Srí Lanka pancakes for us, thank you very much for treating us with such care. 🙏 <3
