The location of this place was amazing! Above some amazing restaurants and a short walk from French Lick Casino. Right in the middle of town, easy parking, and quiet building. Sam was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Cute stay in Ferdinand! Conveniently located near downtown, which was perfect for attending our friend’s wedding! Very clean & such a cheery place!

We booked the loft but, Therisa, on her own, upgraded us to the apartment. We booked for two nights, but our scheduled departure was uncertain (long story). Therisa went above and beyond and extended our booking until our schedule resolved. Therisa is delightful; she is both responsive and gracious. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The property was perfect for us; very quiet and peaceful. We would absolutely stay here again.

This location was great in relation to walking to the Corydon Downtown District. I arrived on the the weekend of the Walk and Wine Tour which was awesome. I've never been to Indiana before and this was a great choice for a weekend stay. Cory was very pleasant and helpful. The Den was clean and the amenities added to the experience. The house was just as described. Perfect for a family getaway. It was nice to have this instead of a hotel. Cory is an awesome host and helped us with finding stuff to do, giving us food recommendations, and even giving us ideas where we could shelter when the weather got bad.

Comfortable, clean, and quiet 1 bedroom on a beautiful farm in Salem!

This has been our go to place for our yearly girls trip. Everything ee do is walking distance. The restaurant (Legendz), is right downstairs and absolutely wonderful. We have never had any issues. We plan to continue to making this "our spot".

Highly recommend if you're in the Corydon area. They go above and beyond for their guests. Loved the area. The property was as described and very beautiful. Feels like home when we stay at one of their properties.

I based my ratings on the overall experience of working with David since I didn’t quite see the accommodations. Due to some property fixes needed on the space close to the date of my booking, he proactively booked me into a nearby hotel and covered the difference in cost it would have been. Excellent and proactive communication made it a breeze and it actually worked better due to not having a rental car! The hotel had some connections to local drivers. FYI to anyone coming to this area, Ubers are not generally available and a rental is crucial! Thanks for everything Dave.

We had such a great stay! It was the perfect place for all my bridesmaids to come back to during a crazy wedding weekend.

Unit was very clean with more than adequate lighting. Decor was bright and fun. WiFi was not working at check in. Host was immediately responsive with the issue remedied within hours. This was especially impressive since it was a holiday. We would stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Gary's! The place was lovely, quiet, private, and looked even better than the pictures. We'll definitely plan to stay there again on future trips to the area!!
