Thank you for a lovely stay. The place is in an amazing location, two minutes from the sea - you can see it from the bay window in the living room. Everywhere was lovely and clean and great value for money for the size - it’s huge! We loved the quirky layout too. For things to do, we loved the marine aquarium - it’s small but you get to hand feed the fish and hold starfish! The ammonite pavement on Monmouth beach is a must do too. The Lyme Regis museum is absolutely brilliant too. Both my kids loved it despite being very different ages (12 and 6).

A very comfortable place to stay. the apartment was very comfortable with everything you need. Parking was a bit tight at times when getting out, but minor. We would love to stay again, thank you Paul and Daphne

Karen's place was the perfect base for our week in Exeter (2 adults & teenage son). The location is brilliant - it's a short walk into the city centre and has easy access to roads out of the city for day trips. The parking space was a huge plus. The apartment was very spacious and clean, felt extremely safe, and the big sofa & tv were great for chilled evenings. Karen and was the perfect host. Extremely responsive & helpful, and even left a lovely bottle of wine. Highly recommend for your Exeter visits!! Thank you Karen ☺️

Right in the center with easy assigned parking. Very clean and comfortable. Great WiFi and walking distance to a large supermarket. Excellent communication.

Wir haben hier eine Nacht auf der Durchreise verbracht und die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben. Besonders wichtig waren für uns die Waschmaschine und der Trockner und die Möglichkeit selber kochen zu können. Das kleine Willkommenspaket mit Milch, Müsli und Keksen hat uns sehr gefreut.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were there for 10 days from the US to attend a wedding. The flat allowed plenty of space for my family of 4 for the duration. It was nice to have a kitchen and be a short walk from 2 grocery stores. The town is beautiful, and people were so friendly. Staff at the Crooked Swan were a dream. We got to know several of them during our visit. A few recommendations: House instructions would be ideal. The WiFi network and password wasn’t posted, so we had to email the Swan, and it took a bit to get it sorted. It took us a few days to figure out how to open up the large ceiling windows throughout. There’s a pole in the primary bedroom to do it, but we didn’t realize what it was right away. It was very hot when we arrived, so that would have been helpful to know at check-in. It also would be great to have a large broom or vacuum, as the floors got quite dusty over our long stay. Overall, we loved it. I certainly recommend to others, especially families.

If you are looking for an apartment with a fantastic location this spot would be ideal. Located in Kingswear there are stunning views across to the Dartmouth embankment and harbour made more picturesque with the steam railway passing by. The apartment is immaculately presented with the kind gesture of milk and biscuits on arrival, all home comforts and a beautiful balcony which captures the sun and adds to the appeal. There are 2 pubs and wine bar within a five minute walk and 2 fine dinning restaurants amongst many other eateries across in Dartmouth. We can’t thank our host enough for a great stay.

Stylish beach house is exactly what it says it is. Very clean comfortable, lots of space. It is right in the heart of the pubs,restaurants,shops and beach. Would definitely recommend to a friend or relative. Tristan the host was amazing very helpful and kind. Would definitely like to go back there again some other time.

This property exceeded our expectations! Beautifully clean and uncluttered and perfectly situated for exploring both Portland and Weymouth. Host responded really quickly to questions (of which we didn’t have many as all the info was available beforehand. We will definitely be using again when we return to Portland. Perfect for a family of 4 with our small, well behaved dog 😊

We stayed at Danni's for a local wedding, it was perfect. Loads of space and well equipped, had everything we needed for a great weekend!

We loved our stay here, perfect for a break away from city life! Big shout out to Alex and Rob for being great hosts, they were friendly, responsive and helped us with any difficulties we had. I loved that they had a chimnea, which allowed us to enjoy the beauty of a fire pit and the night sky. There is a river behind the house, which we loved exploring the area of. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful getaway, around nature.

Such a fantastic stay. Location was great - 15 min walk to the beach, a short drive from Durlston National Park and 30 min drive from Durdle Door Beach. The host was so lovely and welcomed us earlier than our check in. Really clean house and looked just like the photos. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone looking to stay in Swanage.

Great stay at Hartlebury End with friends. Large open plan social space with a beautiful garden. Location was perfect for the harbour area with a short stroll to the beach. Spoilt for choice for places to eat and drink all within a few minutes walk. We shall be booking again next year

Great quiet place with a nice garden , newly refurbished with a fantastic new bathroom. Ideal for dogs , close to the beach, 10 min drive for paddle boarding and swimming. Elbury cove great for dogs .

Her communication was fantastic, making everything effortless. And the cherry on top? A tin of chocolates awaiting us on arrival—a small but deeply meaningful gesture that showed how much she cares about her guests. Excellent host. Very responsive and well worth the price. I asked for an earlier checkin and they were more than happy to accommodate. There was scaffolding up around the building, but we were aware of this before and it didn't block the sea view. I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful, just wonderful! My family and I loved our stay in the Sandpearl apartment. Most of all, the view from the living room and the master bed room is just amazing, I could spend hours just watching the sea waves and the beach and listening to the sea... the apartment itself is spotlessly clean and has everything one might need but nothing feels like clutter. The kitchen even included plastic plates and bowls for children, and the living room had a good selection of books and boardgames. The host, Debbie, was very helpful, always responding very quickly. We asked for local recommendations for food on Easter Sunday and got a few options to choose from. The location itself, right at the beach and right in the middle of Weymouth, couldn't be better either. An overall winner that I would highly recommend. Already talking about maybe coming back to this exactly same place again sometime soon!

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

Before we arrived at Green Tor, our hosts (both Melanie and David) were extremely helpful and very responsive when asking any questions relating to the property, local activities and amenities, and the welcome booklet within the apartment contains some very good information, including menus of local restaurants. The property itself is absolutely superb! It's beautifully decorated with a high quality finish and attention paid to detail - we loved it! Views of the Jurassic coastline were stunning from the garden. It brings a smile to your face every morning! I can wholeheatedly recommend this property to anyone (especially couples) wanting to visit Lyme Regis. Thank you Melanie and David, we will definitely be returning! (Phil)

Right from first contact Lynne was helpful, kind and generous, and her apartment is beautiful and equipped with absolutely everything that you could need or want. The views from the balcony are incredible and the apartment is only minutes from the beach, cafés, pubs and restaurants. We have stayed in quite a few apartments around the marina, but this by far has been the best.

Lovely peaceful location with coastal walks straight from the door. Fun watching and listening to the steam railway as it past every so often. The accommodation was great and the kitchen facilities excellent for doing your own cooking.
