Family house spa,games room easy to visit cities

Spacious unique house with spa facilities, games room & petting zoo. American pool table, table tennis and fire pit access. Area is private but we share the same front door access to get to our living spaces. Spa facilities are for your private group with hot-tub , steam room & sauna. Shotts train station 5 min away with a direct line to Edinburgh & Glasgow and free car parking. Access to the motorway, it’s an easy drive to the cities. Ideal country setting but so many places near by to visit

The Cabin

The Cabin is a cosy & modern, purpose built guest house constructed in 2024 and ideally located within the central belt with nearby and quick rail access to Edinburgh, Glasgow & Stirling. It has it's own contained outdoor area comprising of raised decking offering a unique outdoor space for relaxing and dining. It is in near vicinity to the owners residence for on hand advice and recommendations on tourist attractions, historic sights and places to eat. Rural setting and requires a vehicle.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located pool house with breath taking views overlooking the Forth Valley. Accommodation is bright , airy and immaculate offering a real home from home feel. Everything you need is here with openplan lounge sitting area, work space, small food prep area, a cosy bed and ensuite with double shower. Open the double doors to a balcony with views overlooking the whole of the Forth Valley. There is also a large seating area and a heated pool (seasonal)

Just outside of Edinburgh with great transport links into the city or to the North of Scotland. Almondell & Calderwood Country Park is just 10 mins walk from property. Country park is open all year & free to visit, Almondell & Calderwood is tucked out of sight in the valley of the River Almond, stretching for 1.5 miles between Broxburn & East Calder.

The Doocot: Beautiful countryside cottage

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful peaceful cottage. Our recently renovated spacious cottage has ample space for entertaining, a tv room with PlayStation for the kids, and fireplaces in both the kitchen and living room, all surrounded by beautiful gardens and ponds. Visit the beautiful waterfall nearby. Dogs welcome. Please note one of our bedrooms has three single beds and a 4th single cabin bed adjacent to the room that provides the accommodation for 10 persons.
