You will have your own private: entrance, patio, two-person sauna, room (bed, TV, and work desk), bathroom with heated floors, and small kitchenette. *Note - this is the private 1st floor of our home, completely separated by floors and doors.

(30 min. drive) or 10 min. to Kingston ferries (walk-on or car). Near beach, golf (White Horse GC) & miles of hiking/biking trails, close to shopping & restaurants. Good for couples/singles. A compost toilet in a cedar lined outbuilding is 10 steps away, along with a barrel sauna, fire pit, and lounge area. There is a shower available right inside the main house from 7 am-9pm.

Our modern house is close to the Beacon Hill Light Rail Station, top rated restaurants and coffee shops, Jefferson Park and golf course, International District, Pioneer Square, Sodo, Capitol Hill and Downtown. Easy access to I5 and I90 for adventures. You’ll love the backyard spa, high ceilings, open kitchen and privacy. With two bedrooms and one sleeper couch, our apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Sleeps six snuggly.

Our one bedroom condo is located in Belltown Court, downtown of Seattle. It is walking distance to many sightseeing spots including Pike Place Market, Waterfront and The Space Needle. Additionally, there are many nice restaurants, bakeries and cafes in the neighborhood. After enjoying a long day walking outside, our guests can relax in the sauna, swimming pool or hot tub inside the building. Our place is perfect for vacations, business trips and last minute gateways!
