Amazing setting and beautiful views, especially from the terrace of the property. Well located with fabulous restaurant in walking distance. Elizabeth couldn’t have been kinder and always responded straight away to emails. Excellent all round.

Fantastic, perfect and relaxing are words that don't even do our visit justice. We have just had the best visit ever, staying at Amy's place. All you have to do is just switch off and enjoy your time there. Everything was there for us, we have two children, eight and five ( strange names but we love them ) even they said how wonderful the house is and want to come back. We had lovely walks along the front at mumbles. Amenities are all with in walking distance. Recommend the woodman pub for a nice meal, and everyone who visits must get a Joe's ice cream when in mumbles. We have already booked for next year before leaving this visit. Thank you again to Amy for letting us stay in her beautiful beach house. For the people who have put anything remotely negative about the house, ignor them. We won't be staying anywhere else from now on when coming to Wales.

The Glade is a perfect place to stay and explore north Devon. It is very well equipped, welcoming and very dog friendly, and great value. Garry's attention to detail both inside and out is faultless, making the Glade one of the best places we have ever stayed at. On arrival we were greeted with a lovely welcomimg pack, which included treats for all family members especially Bertie & Mitzy, thank you Garry for making our stay so lovely and being a great host.

Perfectly suited our needs. Clean and comfortable. Spacious and airy. A perfect base with a nice private garden area for breakfast (and dinner etc!) outside. Watched butterflies and listened to the birdsong each morning and unravelled. The fact that you park a little away from property was actually a bonus as it was just so peaceful. Can offload bits a bit nearer and then park in the car park by the cricket club. The beach and town of Instow is family friendly. Quiet and clean with a couple of pub restaurants and the weekend music type bar nearby that closes by 9pm so no unwanted noise. Great chilled holiday vibes. And local beaches such as Woolacombe and Saunton fab for swimming and body boarding. Wonderful place 😊

We had a great stay in West Bay, the pictures don’t do the space justice as it was far bigger than we thought, which was great! Very clean and great location- just a short walk from restaurants and the beach ✨

Bay view road bungalow lived up to its photographs. Brilliantly quirky, loved the swing in the lounge, the most amazing view, the conservatory making it perfect for sunny or pouring with rain days. We didn’t need for anything, lovely and warm on the cold rainy day we had, brilliantly hot in the sunshine. We will definitely stay again. We initially struggled to find it as we had come in form a different direction for the directions given, but the post codes/satnav takes you to the road, so then just find the number. Easy parking, a few steep steps down to the bungalow, but there is a hand rail, so not an issue. We loved it and will be back.

Arthur was a great host... Thank you for seeing us in and being so helpful. The house was better than the photos.. Could have just sat in the back garden for the whole stay.. what an amazing location. Thanks again for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Perfect location and incredible views from the lounge window. Amazing sunsets too! The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and settees. Outdoor space was also vast - great for outdoor dining/bbqs. Easy access to beaches - Woolacombe Bay as well as Barricane Beach for a curry! Easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Welcome pack was greatly received, thank you! Great communication and very helpful! Hope to be back again!

Really beautiful bungalow with an amazing stylish garden area and lit outside seating spaces. Inside, lovely bright, newly decorated rooms to enjoy including a lovely welcoming conservatory , dining room, lounge and two really comfortable bedrooms, armchairs galore and really comfy sofas. So well equipped including smart coffee machine, air fryer mini oven, main oven, dishwasher, plenty of cutlery and crockery, comfy furnishings, blankets, cushions etc. Everything we needed! Quiet location but only 5 minutes walk to local store and chip shop! A fantastic stay in a beautiful bungalow with easy parking for two cars. We will be back!

Lovely quiet place to stay close to minehead but far enough away. Beautiful surroundings lovely walks on the doorstep. Clean and comfortable with a very secure garden for a dog

Thank you Deborah we had another wonderful stay in your beautiful home. It’s so comfortable and welcoming and in a quiet area. It’s great that’s it’s so close to Sidmouth and so easy to walk into the town along a riverside walk. There are so many places to visit in the area. We had a very enjoyable stay, the house was easy to find with clear instructions, off road parking and a very private and quiet area. We were in a big residential area but it was really quiet, we loved the little house it was well arranged and had everything we needed,my husband and I have stayed in quite a few airbnbs around Cardiff to visit our daughter, and this is the best so far, there was bread and croissants, jams, milk, butter, water, orange juice etc, as well as toiletries and even new toothbrushes etc in the bathroom, should you need them. Whenever we have stayed in other Airbnbs we have always had to go and buy all these after arriving, after our long journey in the car due to roadworks and an accident holding up traffic we really appreciated being able to have a cup of tea without having to go shopping. We would definitely stay again if the property is available when I next visit Cardiff

Amazing place beautiful and clean, plenty of everything you need and perfect spot to go to nearest pubs and beaches and town. Highly recommended and would love to come again. Communication was amazing as well always happy to help

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Ellie’s Annex. It was a perfect mini home from home. We did bring a travel BBQ with us, that combined with Ellie’s facilities meant we were able to cook lovely meals as well as exploring her brilliant restaurant recommendations. The Annex was spotless and cozy. Perfect for us to both hang out on rainy days and explore the local areas / beaches for surfing. Would definitely recommend! X

Perfect base for a short trip to Mumbles with the dog. Lovely welcome pack, Welsh cakes, Prosecco and dog treats! Really sweet and clean place. Spotless bedding and towels. Lovely and snug. Only a short walk down hill into mumbles. It was ideal, thank you !
