Sea View was an amazing place to stay, right next to a lovely sandy beach, which we walked along every day of our visit. The house was clean and furnished to a really high standard. would absolutely stay again if the opportunity arises. thank you.

Fantastic find at the lastminute for a few days away ahead of Easter. Super easy to find, lovely place with everything we needed. The welcome bubbly, homemade biscuits were just lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our break there and would love to return.

The place was light and airy and couldn’t possibly be closer to the beach without getting our feet wet! Many thanks for a relaxing Easter stay.

We had a lovely stay at Carey's place. The flat was clean, comfortable and warm, with plenty of space. It was well-equipped with everything we needed and the little outside space was a fabulous sun trap. We found it to be fairly quiet, despite the close proximity to a takeaway. The flat is in a great location, within easy reach of the shore / beach walks and a short drive to the new forest. Carey was a great host, providing plenty of information ahead of the visit and also providing an extensive welcome folder. We would love to return when visiting friends in the area again in the future.

This was our second time staying at this house. The house really is so well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden was perfect to enjoy the lovely weather. The location is wonderful, close to many great restaurants and facilities. I’m sure we will be back when we are next in the area. Karen was a great host.

Had a lovely stay in a beautiful static caravan. Everythjng was clean and tidy. Its not just an empty house there were things in there for everyone to enjoy such as a dolls house and board games. We were told we were welcome to use anything. There were all the kitchen essientials and more ready and available for use aswel as tea and coffee. We could tell roxanne puts alot of effort into looking after her guests. Only stayed 2 nights wish we were there longer. The perfect little get away. And very wrll cared for and looked after Thanks Roxanne!

We had an amazing stay at Mark’s place on the Isle of Wight. Everything was perfect — clean, comfortable, and ideal for a family getaway. The kids loved it, and Mark was a fantastic, accommodating host. Truly a memorable trip — highly recommended!

We had a great family break at Lance's. So convenient to get to the beaches in the area and having a pool on site made the lazy days fun. Lance was very helpful and responsive when we needed him. We had everything we needed for our stay. A great staycation!

The perfect place for a choir group to enjoy a few days singing by the sea When I heard about Warner Wood I knew it would be ideal for a choir trip. We had a wonderful few days there singing, swimming and socialising. The property is huge with plenty of rooms to spread out into and full of character. The kitchen was well equipped and big enough for us to enjoy collective cooking and the coffee machine & frother made heavenly coffees. With both a piano and an electric organ it’s perfect for a group of musicians - though non-musicians will find plenty to occupy themselves with too. The place is full of delightful touches including a relaxing sunroom, lots of great games, even a telescope. We all loved the swimming pool which was warm even in March! The location is perfect - just a few minutes from a lovely beach and a short walk into town. Other comments: “I was super impressed, wonderful character!” “loved the relaxing atmosphere in the sun room and the heated pool was perfect"

Good holiday park with a lot of amenities and access to a decent beach. It was difficult to reach the place for the first time due to road closures and google map acting up. Crystal was very responsive for anything we needed, like help with directions, etc. The property had a collection of movie DVDs, books, puzzles and games. Poor phone reception and internet through WiFi though. All in all it was a very good stay.

An ideal location during an excellent summer week for me, my wife and our family, including young grandchildren. Welcoming, with excellent and extensive facilities our host made every effort to make our stay an enjoyable and relaxing time. Edwina responded promptly when we had a question and made it clear she would be there, if we needed any assistance. The description and numerous photos left no unwelcome surprises, we were very pleased with what we found. A generous and thoughtful host. A beautiful area with a range of activities, to suit all ages, supported by a peaceful home with plenty of things to amuse and entertain you if you want to chill out in between days out. All round great success.

We’ve stayed along the seafront in Selsey over Easter for the last four years in different locations. This was our favourite house to date and the service from Luxury Boltholes was exemplary. The house was absolutely stunning, homely and incredibly well appointed. Some really nice touches and the attention to detail was fantastic. Woodlands is absolutely outstanding!! Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The house is STUNNING. Beautifully furnished, 6 gorgeous big double rooms, incredible kitchen living space with every gadget/crockery/cutlery you could need. They had left some super thoughtful welcome gifts and there’s loads of herbs and spices which makes the world of difference if you’re cooking every day like we did. Everything is state of the art and top quality from the heating system to the spacious bathrooms. And there’s an abundance of everything - toiletries, towels, bath mats, hair dryers. There’s a lovely garden with a summer house with a football table which the kids loved. Annie and her lovely father were welcoming and responsive. The area is stunning, right by the beach with a wonderful restaurant on the doorstep. We honestly couldn’t fault it. We will be back!! Thank you Annie!

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

We had the most lovely stay! We felt right at home, it was beautiful and comfortable and we were in complete awe the moment we walked in. The amenities were perfect. Cannot fault anything! Kate was extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. She made us feel so welcome and was extremely responsive. I would highly recommend a stay here and we will definitely be back to stay again.
