In a separate building from the main house, the studio is private, fully equipped, freshly painted (April 2026) and super clean. There is great coffee, teas, homemade granola, reliable wifi, and internet TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge, 2-burner stove and everything you need to make a light meal. The double bed with a pillow-top is comfortable. Centrally located, Westboro has great restaurants, cafes, and shops. Public transport is a five minute walk. Everyone is welcome here.

The Craftsman’s Home

I am a custom home builder and I designed and built this home. The home was inspired by travels to NYC and Vienna. It's best described as a typical New York walk-up with a separated secondary dwelling below. The space being offered is the large principal residence. The lower unit is owner occupied but has separate and private entrances and outdoor spaces. It features many hand made elements and high quality finishes.
