Huisjes in Western Greece

Wir hatten mit 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern 9 sehr schöne Tage in der Amorosa Villa. Erholung pur. Die Aussicht ist gigantisch und der Sonnenaufgang über Zakynthos atemberaubend. Es gibt einen großen überdachten Tisch, an dem man mit traumhafter Aussicht Essen kann. Auch die Terrasse ist sehr weitläufig und die Kinder waren ständig im Pool. Man hat den ganzen Tag bis circa 18-19 Uhr Sonne auf der Terrasse. Die Villa ist zentral in der Insel gelegen und eigentlich ist alles in 15-20min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Fußläufig eher weniger. Wir waren jeden Tag an einem anderen Strand. Bis zur äußersten Inselspitze braucht man maximal 50Min. Die tägliche Reinigung war teilweise schon zu perfekt, jeden Tag Betten machen, hätte nicht sein müssen. Auf der anderen Seite ist die tägliche Leerung der Badmülleimer Griechenlandspezifisch auch dringend angesagt.

Great host and great place to stay. Less than 10 minutes car ride from Zakynthos, Argassi and Tsilivi. Loved the pool and the lady that comes by to clean the sheets in the middle of the week. No complaints

We visited Amorosa Villas with my family to spend Easter in Zakynthos and we had a wonderful time! The villas have a perfect location on the mountain that offers an amazing view and very peaceful environment. The hosts were very nice and friendly and helped us enjoy our vacation a lot! Will definitely come back again in the future!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely farmhouse! The host Christos was super nice — always quick to reply and helped us with everything we needed. The place is just like in the pictures: quiet, private, with a beautiful green yard, a jacuzzi, and a terrace with a BBQ area. We especially loved the swallows living in the yard — they made the place feel even more special. After the busy city life, this was the perfect spot to relax for the weekend. Would definitely come back!

Πολύ καλή εμπειρία διαμονής. Το σπίτι όπως οι φωτογραφίες, ο κήπος μεγάλος και ιδανικός για τον σκύλο μας. Η περιοχή πολύ κοντά σε Βυτίνα και Λεβίδι. Ωραία χαλάρωση και ησυχία. Ο Γιάννης ήταν άμεσος στην επικοινωνία και πολύ βοηθητικός. Φυσικά και προτείνεται.

From the enchantment of the building, the serenity of the surroundings, breathtaking views and the warmth of the hosts, what a truly magical experience we have had at Gerakomylos one we will never forget. We arrived knowing nothing about Vasilikos and left feeling like we have always known it. Our party ranged from late 40's to mid 20's to 14 years and everyone had such a fabulous time. Michalis treated us like old friends and we sure left feeling like we had made a new one. Michalis is proud of his home and rightly so withh a wealth of knowledge and recommendations he is passionate and thoughtful to your experience. Always at hand should you need him. The area is of outstanding beauty, clean family friendly beaches with taverna's bakeries and supermarkets for everyday convenience. The centre of Zarkynthos is a short distance away offering late evening shopping and plenty of eateries. If you are looking for a truly unique holiday Michalis and Rita's villa will ensure this. Just AMAZING

Οι οδηγίες πρόσβασης στο κατάλυμμα (στίγμα στον χάρτη και πληροφορίες σχετικά με την ακριβή τοποθεσία των κλειδιών) χρειάζονται εμπλουτισμό. Το κατάλυμμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και πλήρως λειτουργικό - ειδικά η κουζίνα και το μπάνιο. Ο περιβάλλων χώρος ήταν πανέμορφος, με ελιές, εσπεριδοειδή και άλλα καρποφόρα δέντρα, καθώς και πολλά καλλωπιστικά φυτά. Γενικότερα είχε ησυχία ωστόσο όταν υπήρχε κίνηση στον δρόμο, τα αυτοκίνητα ακούγονταν αρκετά δυνατά. Τα κρεβάτια ήταν πολύ άνετα, απλώς θέλει λίγη προσοχή πριν ξαπλώσει κανείς καθώς μπορεί να χτυπήσει το κεφάλι του στο χαμηλό τμήμα της σκεπής. Υπάρχει διαθέσιμο BBQ στον κήπο, ο οποίος για παιχνίδι παιδιών και σκυλιών είναι ιδανικός. Συνολικά η εμπειρία μας ήταν πολύ καλή και σίγουρα θα προτιμήσουμε το εν λόγω κατάλυμμα, αν επισκεφτούμε ξανά την περιοχή.

Πάρα πολύ φιλική και επικοινωνιακή η οικοδέσποινα, με χρήσιμες συμβουλές! Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε ένα πολύ μικρό χωριό έξω από το Καρπενήσι (~15 λεπτά). Είσαι μέσα στη φύση και επικρατεί ησυχια. Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι εκπληκτική. Ήμασταν 6 άτομα και χωρεσαμε άνετα. Μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι και ευχαριστημένοι από την διαμονή μας! :)

Beautiful home. Very nicely decorated and clean. We traveled through Greece for a week, and this was probably the best Airbnb we stayed at. Except a few things, amenities were the closest to what we would normally find in the US. Property a fenced parking spot, so could park off the street. The water is right across the road. Sea was rough in the evening when we arrived, but very tranquil in the morning and inviting for a swim. Restaurants nearby. Quiet neighborhood. Good internet. Couple of local sodas and candy at the home that the kids loved to sample. Definitely a place we could have stayed longer and enjoyed. Unfortunately our travel plans allowed us only a single night. Highly recommend.

Wat een mooi huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Niks was teveel, kregen hulp op alle vragen. Boothuur hebben ze geregeld voor ons, restaurants ect! Bij aankomst was zelfs gedacht aan dingetjes in de koelkast en en lekkere dingen voor ons. Als je naar Zakynthos wilt en niet tussen al die toeristen wilt zitten, dan moet je echt hier zijn! Bedankt voor de fijne tijd!

We really loved staying at Alex’s place. We arrived during a storm, and he brought us extra blankets for the beds to keep us cosy. Also he gave us some delicious home made cake! On our last day he brought us some more sweet treats. We felt really spoilt. The area is lovely. We explored the nearby island of Lefkada, and visited Mytikas too. The apartment is very well equipped- especially the kitchen, ( Alex is a chef at the local yacht club during the summer season). It was warm and cosy, and we had such a great view from the lounge. We would love to visit again.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft auf einer wunderschönen Insel. Wir hatten aufgrund des Preises zweimal überlegt ob wir sie buchen sollen aber es hat sich aufjedenfall gelohnt! Wir waren hier 10 Tage, haben drei mal neue Handtücher (ein Pool und je Person zwei Duschehandtücher), Bettwäsche und eine zwischen Reinigung bekommen. Der Pool ist etwas kleiner als man auf den Bildern vermutet aber absolut ausreichend. Die Küche hat alles was man benötigt. Die beschriebenen Hauskatze ist mittlerweile schon lang nicht mehr alleine aber das liegt eher daran das die Insel grundsätzlich ein kleines Katzen Problem hat. Streicheln wollten wir diese nicht weil sie leider Würmer hatten. Aber das hat natürlich nicht mit der Unterkunft zu tun denn allem in allen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, hatten eine tolle Zeit hier und würden sie definitiv nochmal buchen!

Im April (vor der Hochsaison auf Zakynthos) ein wunderbarer Ort um die Natur zu genießen, in einem der schönsten Winkel der Insel. Tagsüber kann man u.a. Vögel wie den Wiedehopf oder die Samtkopf-Grasmücke beobachten, nachts der Zwergohreule und dem Steinkauz lauschen. Die Wiesen rund um die alten Olivenbäume sind ein Blumenmeer, in dem sich bunte Hühner, schnatternde Gänse und glückliche Pferde bewegen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich. Simone hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, uns bei Anliegen ausgeholfen und großzügig mit Olivenöl, Zitrusfrüchten, etc. ausgestattet. Gleichzeitig hatten wir unsere Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Das Außengelände ist was für Katzenliebhaber:innen!

Konstantinos, ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit, immer zur Stelle und sehr herzlich und freundlich, ich kann ihn nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen, das Haus und die Einrichtung, sind einfach umwerfend schön, warm gestaltet, und sehr ästhetisch, es hat an nichts gefehlt, und er war für Fragen sofort da und immer offen. Die lieben Tiere herum, lassen das Herz höher schlagen, rund herum ein perfekter Aufenthalt, nicht weit, zu dem kleinen Dörfchen, mit sehr gastfreundlichen Menschen, ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise Wert und nur weiter zu empfehlen. Wir hatten eine wahnsinnig schöne Zeit auf Zakynthos. Vania hat uns herzlich am Haus in Empfang genommen, uns alles gezeigt und uns noch ein paar Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Das Haus, das wunderschöne Grundstück und der herrliche Pool haben für einen perfekten Aufenthalt gesorgt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht und bietet ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen. Im herrlichen Garten erwarteten uns neben sehr schönen Sitzgelegenheiten noch Feigen und Zitronen direkt vom Baum. Der Kontakt mit Vania war zu jeder Zeit unkompliziert und perfekt! Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die kleine Bucht Plaka Beach. Es gibt viele kleine Tavernen in der Nähe, bei denen man gut essen kann oder sich etwas für Zwischendurch mitnehmen kann. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder in dieses wunderschöne Ferienhaus zurück kommen.

Het verblijf in het strandhuis was perfect, het was elke dag heerlijk genieten van de zon, strand en zee. De voorzieningen in en om het huis waren goed. Locatie van het huis was voor ons ook goed dichtbij het centrum Pyrgos, Katakolo en Olympia.

We have had a lovely stay in the cottage. The view is absolutely amazing. You can see all the way down the valley and out to see the hosts are lovely people and very helpful. I’m sure we will come again. The island is also very beautiful

Το σπίτι στη βλαχέρνα ήτανε άψογο, πεντακάθαρο καλά εξοπλισμένο για οικογένειες με παιδιά. Το νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας, ήμασταν τέσσερις οικογένειες με τρία παιδιά και το σπίτι μας κάλυψε σε κάθε περίπτωση. Το τζάκι και τα άφθονα ξύλα μας κράτησαν στον όμορφο χώρο του σαλονιού για πολύ ωρα. Η περιοχή αν και κάπως απομονωμένη είναι πολύ όμορφη, σαν να είσαι μέσα στο δάσος. Πολύ κοντά σε όμορφα χωριά. Η Γιούλα ήταν πάντα ευγενική φιλική και μας έδωσε πολύ σημαντικές πληροφορίες για το σπίτι και την περιοχή. ευχαριστούμε πολύ
