Chaos house did not disappoint. Beautiful house with a beautiful view. The deer walking through the yard in the evening was a bonus. It was winter with snow but Chao made sure the driveway was clear and salted so it was not slick. Pictures did not do it justice. Chao went above and beyond to accommodate us. Cant wait to come back, hopeful in the spring!

I gave 5 stars to every category because everything was 5 stars! They call it a "Tiny Home", but it is not like you think of on HGTV! For 1 to 2 people, it has everything you need and plenty of room for it! It is like HGTV in its updated decor and almost industrial style! The hosts are always available for any needs or concerns, but you will not likely have any as they have it all covered! I cannot recommend this place or any of their places enough! Just don't book it when I need it! lol!

The location was the best part. We enjoyed being out of town but still close enough to enjoy Marietta and Parkersburg. The house also accommodated our large family.

Deanna and Santina were excellent hosts! Great communication and very kind. We were working in nearby Friendly, WV for the week and the apartment was perfect for our needs. We walked to the grocery store nearly everyday. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area!

Wonderful stay. Don is a great host and makes the entire process easy. This is my second stay and the property looks as immaculate as it did a year ago. Maybe next year I'll arrive early enough to meet Don. :-) David J

We had a great time at this location - it was so nice to have a retreat in the woods. It was spacious, clean, and perfect for our weekend. It was easy to get back into Athens for the swim meet we were attending - and also allowed us to feel like a bit of a vacation while we were there. Brent was incredibly proactive in communication and responsive with any questions. I would highly recommend this place - we talked about coming back in the warmer months for a fun weekend!

Our stay was amazing! Jessica was responsive and gave clear instructions. Looks exactly like the pictures. Beautiful scenery and so peaceful. The house was clean and welcoming. We had such a great time. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Absolutely loved this place! Very clean, comfy beds, beautiful scenery. Alyssa was very helpful and accommodating. And let's just talk about the coffee! She left us two samples. Smooth Sailing and for decaf, Dead in the Water. Both from River Roasters in Pomeroy. Absolutely amazing! Great kitchen with all the thi ngs, but we opted not to cook and eat at the local eateries. Fox Den Pizza is amazing! Would definitely recommend her place when in the area!
