Studio is exactly as described and very centrally located. Beautifully decorated and appointed. It’s on the ground floor of a multi-unit building that’s fairly recently constructed. It’s in a gated complex so felt very safe. Host was very responsive and checked in often to ensure I had what I needed. She went above and beyond during a power outage on my arrival ensuring I arrived safely and was comfortable while we waited for power service to be restored. Light years better than any hotel you can find in Mandeville!! Will definitely stay here again when next I’m in Mandeville and will recommend to my parents when they visit as well.

The place was as described — very comfortable and spacious with well-designed, modern interiors. The location was ideal for someone who wants to be central to the town with restaurants and taxis nearby. It was a short drive to either the West End or to the end of the stretch of the Seven Mile Beach. I also appreciated the welcome snacks and water. I would recommend this place as your home away from home when visiting Negril.

I love this small home away from home! As soon as I arrived Sharon helped me with transportation details and everything regarding my arrival. She has a lovely property manager who usher me around the first two nights to help me get the few things and meals I needed without calling a taxi. Walking distance to the beach and a great restaurant for all meals. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly and great people. The Airbnb, the cleanliness and hospitality was exactly what was expected plus more! Even the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. I will certainly be back and recommend this place for anyone solo traveling or who wants a neighborhood feel away from the busy streets of Negril.

Had a great stay! The place was clean and exactly as described. We felt very safe throughout our stay, and the view of the ocean was beautiful. It’s extremely close to 7 Mile Beach, which made everything super convenient. The host was responsive and made check-in easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Mr Moses was very respectful and responsive, provided a lot of resources and recommendations regarding restaurants etc. check in was very easy and the place matches the website description.whenever I reached out to him with a question, he immediately responded. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoy our stay here. My family loved it, we felt right at home. Its very clean, spacious rooms, looks exactly as what is posted, beautiful neighborhood, very peaceful. Mr Benton was very attentive, and very pleasant. Thank you for my "freshly pick" scotch bonnet pepper, peppermint(my first cup of tea), and jelly coconut. There's no place like home, Jamaica. We will definitely will be back!!

Loved staying here! Beautiful grounds, people were nice, right on the beach and the restaurant was awesome! It was very convenient to have a private shuttle on the grounds and was a short walk to local convenience store. Can’t recommend Beach House Condos enough! It was amazing!

Felt right at home. The space is modern, new and clean. I had a good night sleep and was totally comfy during my entire stay. Would definitely come again and recommend others coming to Negril area.

Amazing location. It is a garden of tranquility. We stayed here with our three kids. They loved the pool and the direct access to the beach. The view from the top is stunning. Coleen is the perfect host to make you feel at home. Her dishes served on the terrace were one of our highlights during our trip to Jamaica. Nicola was very helpful in providing a lot of ideas for excursions during our stay. This AirBNB is definitely in our top 5 of all AirBNBs we have stayed in as a family.

Our family of 4 (2 teens) loved the home. Lots of relaxing spaces for us adults and a ‘selfie’ dream canvas for our girls. Home was clean and felt like our home away from home. The yard/garden spaces were magical! We spent many mornings and evenings listening to the waves and watching the sunset. The private pool and beach area was gorgeous. Our late mornings/early afternoons were spent at the pool/beach (there is a little jungle just outside the clubhouse with a little path to the ‘other side’ easily walkable. Lots of exploring to be had there, as well as shops and food) with our evenings spent exploring Jamaica - enjoying the amazing food and exciting activities. We had a wonderful time. Laura - you knocked it out of the park! This one will be hard to top!

Let’s just say it’s a home away from home. There’s everything you need. It’s beautiful and well kept. Francine is so kind she makes you feel like family. My daughter loved the yard and woke up every morning just to run to the back to see the bunnies. I am looking forward to staying there again. really enjoyed the home. I love the kitchen. It’s equipped with everything you could possibly want to cook for your family. Every room was really nice. There were beach towels for the days we traveled. The bedrooms have plenty of space to put your things away, so we weren’t living from our suitcases. We ate at the dining table for breakfast lunch and dinner, We watched a few movies on Netflix in the living room, I sat on the veranda every morning with Gabriella and drink my coffee. The way the sun came up was just mesmerizing. Gavin had his own bathroom in his room so he felt like he had his own apartment. My friend live down the street, so it was a pleasure to walk to her house.

A wonderful stay and the recommendations for restaurants and guides in the guest book are very helpful! We tried many of the restaurants recommended and all were home runs. The garden and property are beautiful and peaceful. We would definitely stay again in a heartbeat!

Best Airbnb in Santa Cruz. Was worth every penny!! There’s so much good things to say. Nadine was very very sweet. Airbnb was Very comfortable and safe!! My baby loved every inch of the house. I didn’t have to worry about him picking anything up or getting hurt floors were spotless. We were very comfortable. Thank you Nadine!! Definitely booking again!!

We had the most unforgettable stay at this breathtaking Home! It was our first real vacation as a little family, my fiancé, our 6-month-old baby, and I and this place couldn’t have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and peaceful surroundings. The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly cozy, every little detail felt thoughtful and welcoming. It was baby-friendly too, which made things so much easier for us as new parents. Waking up to the ocean view overlooking the Caribbean sea each morning was magical, and we loved relaxing on the patio by the pool in the evenings to watch the sunset. Jenniel was amazing—responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She had a crib for our baby upon arrival! thank you Jenniel!!! This trip gave us memories we’ll treasure forever. As we were on the island to Christen our baby girl and celebrate life with our family and friends!! We'll be back

We would love to stay here again. You can not beat the amazing view! The Point was a wonderful place to stay. We met amazing people and had a wonderful time. Brandon was excellent to deal with!

Carol’s place felt like a home away from home: comfortable, well stocked (kitchen, bathrooms, games, hangers), nicely decorated, clean, comfortable beds. Great location on beach and walkable to restaurants and groceries. Would stay again!

I very much enjoyed Mikes place. He provided everything needed for an enjoyable stay in Negril. He was very responsive and helpful with questions. His condo is located on the same grounds as “ Hedonism “ resort so be aware that you will have a small view of the pool area on Hedonism property from one of the patios, where clothing is optional and “everything goes” over there. The Beach is a 60 second walk away from Mikes place. Also, You will need a car, scooter or Taxi to get around as many of the restaurants are atleast 10 min away. The “ Jungle” nightclub and Margaritaville bar is about 7 min drive, the downtown Negril area is atleast a 15 min drive away. But there are many areas of beach access along the main road as well as through a few restaurants along the road. I highly recommend staying at Mikes Place “.

I stayed at this beautiful villa It was clean and spacious had quite a few necessities right there that made me feel like I was returning home. I will definitely be returning soon.

Our stay at this Airbnb was exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. The atmosphere was cozy, warm, and inviting, it truly felt like a home away from home. Perfectly located in the middle of everything, it gave us the peace of being tucked away while still making it easy to get around. The AC worked perfectly, the hot water was available when needed, and having access to Prime movies was definitely a plus for downtime. The balcony was an added bonus — perfect for sitting outside, enjoying long conversations, or just taking in the fresh air. It was a lovely stay overall, and we would definitely return.

Ally place was very nice. Ally was a very responsive host and she made sure to check in with us to see how we were doing. Very quiet neighborhood. Ally place was equipped with most things. I only wish they had a toaster and wine glasses other than that everything was nice.

I loved staying at point village! this place is a gem and gives you the opportunity to get a real feel of Negril. such a comfy bed with a great view, and the snorkeling! will definitely be back and hope to stay here again :)! thanks Brandon and Sophia for everything.
