The balcony overlooks the Firth of Clyde and the Holy Isle, and the tranquil view includes swans gliding across the water, oyster catchers on the shore and otters in the sea. The Summer House

The Summer House is a traditional cottage on a small working farm. The cottage has been substantially renovated from its years as a potato store! and now includes everything you need for a comfortable, chilling (or active), break on our farm. The cottage is open plan downstairs, with big squishy leather sofas for a comfy relaxing evening. The cottage features a locally made spiral staircase with the metal work all handmade here on the Farm, and the wooden treads made from a fallen Arran tree.

Tim's Barn

Just back after long let! A hidden gem on the Isle of Arran tucked away at the end of a private drive. Surrounded by fields, woods & a burn. Close to stunning beaches, mountains & near Lamlash village (10 minute walk). A perfect place to relax in an idylic setting. Sharing 4 acres of private grounds with Croc Cottage, Tim's Barn is ideal for a couple looking for a cosy retreat with a log burner and surrounded by nature. Tim's Barn can be also booked with Croc for family groups (up to 10).

The Vestry, St. Columbas Church

We have a quirky vestry, suitable for 2 adults or small family, attached to a converted church on Whiting Bay seafront. The Vestry has recently been converted to a high standard. It has a super kingsize bed plus a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen area. TV, cooker, fridge, kettle and toaster. Shower room/toilet. Views from the living room look out onto the sea and it's a stones throw away from the beach. Separate entrance with garden. Free parking. Bedlinen and towels provided. Free wifi.

As a Category B listed building of architectural and historic interest, Rose Cottage is believed to be a long house typical of the Western Isles. Springwell cottage has been recently renovated. Centrally heated with living room underfloor heating and a wood burning stove. Can sleep 4 adults and 2 infants or 2 adults and 2 children. We accept a max of 2 well behaved dogs no larger than a Labrador. Separate garden for guests use. Safe little beach and swings just across the road . Start of the Goatfell path 5 min walk away.
