The cozy 1 bedroom sleep cabin with a hot tub, its own bathroom and kitchenette accommodate our airbnb guests. We have gardens, apple trees, chickens, maple forest we tap, the lake for you to swim and play in with canoes and a sauna, as well as trails to walk in to enjoy nature and the abundant wildlife.

COUNTRY CABIN

This all repurposed bunkie is in a picturesque setting on Manitoulin island. It has a large deck to enjoy the day . 230sq ft living space inside. It offers a queen size bed for our guest to find comfort and rest , along with a futon ; this cabin has a wonderful rustic feel. The cabin is framed with a beautiful wood finish with select antiques as decorations. This humble cabin is off the grid; it has solar lights. The washroom is a compostable outhouse. We have fire wood for purchase.

We are located on Larry’s Lake in Dorcas Bay on the Lake Huron side of the peninsula. This means beautiful sunsets, a family friendly lake, peace and tranquility. Built in 2018, our off-grid cedar cabin is tucked away in a mixed woodland on beautiful Manitoulin Island. It is uniquely decorated with antiques, thrift store finds and handicrafts collected from our travels around the world as far as Africa, Japan, Costa Rica and Canada’s Arctic.
