We absolutely loved spending our spring break vacation here. The location is amazing with great views and quick-easy access to the beach. More than enough amenities for all age levels. We will be back!

The location so close to the beach and downtown was spectacular! It was very quiet and folks were friendly. Everything was working fine and I highly recommend this place.

This was an amazing river house. Clean and welcoming, even fresh flowers and a thank you note! The owners go above and beyond to make the stay easy and comfortable. Beautiful view, large yard with room to play. Perfect for families. Had lots of yard/beach toys to use. Home was cozy, comfy and quiet! Kids loved the piano and our pup thoroughly enjoyed the large space outside to hang out. Location was perfect if you want to visit Long Beach , Astoria and Seaside. We will be planning another trip to this home! Highly recommend!

Roys place was perfect for a long weekend getaway during the off-season. We were a five minute walk from the beach. There was a drive up coffee hut around the corner but all other restaurants are about 10-15 minutes drive away. The hot tub was wonderful. I liked the way the master bathroom was set up with double shower heads and separate room for the toilet. It was easy enough to get checked in and the internet worked well during our stay.

I have stayed here before and recently reserved this for my parents. The hosts are amazing and the location is breathtaking.

We loved our stay at the Baymen! If you are looking for a relaxing, peaceful stay at the beach…. This is the spot! Super easy to find and loved that it was at a dead end street. We had a bit of trouble with the electronic key pad, but got it eventually. Beach access could not have been easier and we loved relaxing on the deck in the sunshine! Can’t wait to book again!

This trip was our families third time on Michael’s property. We have been nothing but pleased each time and will stay at his property again. Had a great time!

A must for relaxation and peace. The home is beautiful and location is amazing.

Great walkable location, you will hear noise from the pool and street depending on your location. This is located in a timeshare property so expect to be asked to attend a presentation - we declined and weren’t bothered further. Rooms are nice, but tight for 8 people. There were bags of laundry and sheets piled in the room when we checked in, called the Front Desk and they sent someone to remove them quickly. Appreciate unit being stocked with pool towels. There was body wash, shampoo and conditioner on the tubs/shower. Had a great stay.

Well stocked, clean and overall great place to stay for our little family! Host checked in via text to see if we needed anything and was very responsive.

Really enjoyed the stay and the host was great. Enjoyed the kayak and hot tub, and wildlife kept us entertained. Close amenities and beautiful view made it the peaceful getaway we were hoping for!

This was the perfect Thanksgiving getaway! Even though the unit was on the ground floor, we had a peek-a-boo view of the ocean waves between the adjacent building and the grassy dune of the State Park bordering this condominium complex. It was a 1 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach. Alternately, you could walk a paved trail in the grassy dunes that parallels the beach and follow it all the way to the marina (2.5 miles away), the viewing tower, and a strip of cute shops and places to eat. Along the way, you can watch the surfers catch waves near the jetty. On a sunny day, two days after Thanksgiving, we counted 50 surfers out in the ocean. Burrr!! Annett was a great host. Because of a technical problem at our original AirBnB, we contacted Annette the evening before Thanksgiving looking for a place the following day. She was very responsive and her place was very comfortable with a full kitchen that we easily assembled the Thanksgiving dinner we had brought with us. We may be back!

The condo is lovely and spotless. Getting to it from the parking garage is also easy. We loved the condo but didn’t love the sales pitch for their timeshare at the concierge during check-in. Also the pool and hot tub was super busy and not appealing. We enjoy more private places usually so this may be your thing if you are into cruise ship type of vacations.

Walking access to the beach was amazing! This place is very warm & welcoming, will definitely rebook in the future! Host was easy to talk to & responsive!

We had a wonderful time in this super cozy Rental. We honestly wish we had booked more time/days to enjoy the house and the town of Seaside. I would highly recommend this ABB for anyone who wants a perfect experience. Cindy was an excellent Host and we will definitely visit again.

If you’re looking for a secluded place with a 1/1 view. This is it. The accommodations were great! We thoroughly enjoyed the views. It’s a modern home that had all the amenities we needed. Thanks Donald for being a great host!

I came to Kenny and Kelly's beautiful home to enjoy some time in nature. I expected to have good views and a restful time - What I did not expect was the gorgeous surround view from the master suite and the tranquility of the entire stay. We watched the tide every morning. My partner and I saw birds of all kinds. Waking up to a light dusting of snow on our last two mornings was magical. During our last breakfast, we watched an otter come out of the water and crawl along the beach! We were surrounded by nature, and the many windows in the home allowed us to watch from the warmth and comfort of inside. Watching the snow fall onto the water from the hot tube is an experience is will always cherish! At every corner of this home, you will find luxury, comfort, and relaxtion. I cannot recommend this stay enough! Thank you Kenny and Kelly!

Beautiful views and comfortable home. it was just the two of us, so we only used the one bed, but it was comfortable for us (both with back issues), and having views out to the water from bed was very nice. Host was communicative and helped ensure questions were answered prior to booking, as well as during the stay. The office near the entrance to the home was perfect for me working from the home during our stay while my wife was in the office in Lacey. We would love to come stay again in better weather to get to go out on the deck and perhaps also do a little playing in the kayaks.

Overall a great place to stay, right on the beach and beautiful views. Plenty of room in the house, both upstairs and downstairs, and the covered upstairs deck out back gives amazing views up and down the length of the beach. The host provided lots of information about the location and the area -- definitely swing by Blue Buoy for their breakfast! A couple small things to note: access to the beach is right out the backyard, but there is a drop of a few feet at the end, so folk with mobility issues may face problems. Also, the kitchen is upstairs and entrance to the house is on the downstairs level, something not readily apparent from the pictures. Neither caused a concern for us, just something to be aware of.

Great little place to spend the weekend at the coast!

The place was perfect for our group of 2 moms, 4 young kids, and a dog! The house is set up with 2 different spaces so be prepared for that. It worked great for our 2 families and pet. The main house was set with amenities like dog beds, condiments, and all the towels you could need. The main house was comfortable with a queen bed, twin bunk beds, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. The upstairs tub is jetted and everyone enjoyed it! The 2nd house has a queen bunk bed, full bathroom, and kitchenette. We really enjoyed the deck and walking right to the ocean. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need. King bed was comfy with nice cotton sheets and just the right amount of blankets We enjoyed the peaceful area and short walk to the beach for razor clam digging. We had a fire in the outdoor fire pit one afternoon too. Great location and gated community that felt safe Host was very responsive with questions and very nice! My husband liked the selections of books, especially the book about razor clams! Great place where we would stay again!

Sea glass was lovely. Short walk to the beach. Well stocked and decorated. Katie was great to deal with. You won’t regret it.
