Downtown Woodstock is an 8 min drive, while other local favorites The Pines and Phoenicia Diner are within 15 minutes. Close by hiking trails abound as well, with the famous Overlook Mountain under 5 miles away.

Space has everything you need for a retreat away from it all – a meditation nook for 2, yoga mats to use inside or out on the deck, hot tub to soak cares away and relax after a day out and about in the beautiful Catskill mountains. Hot tub is in 3-acre backyard with privacy enclosure, so bathing suits are optional (we provide bathrobes.)

12 minutes to Hunter Mountain Ski Resort, 25 min to Windham. 9 min to Phoenicia and 30 min to Woodstock which all have year-round activities and wonderful food options. Take a morning walk to see the neighboring horses at Diamond Notch Trails or in Summer evenings enjoy a frog concert by the equestrian pond.
