Hands down the best place I’ve stayed at! Clean, spacious, enough do without having to leave. Booked her for my kids spring break and I can honestly say they didn’t want to leave during our stay. Her setup is worth every penny! It’s extremely peaceful, neighborhood is quiet, it a whole vibe plus some. Definitely will be booking with her again!!

Loved the industrial, yet modern feel of the loft! I felt right at home. It didn’t take me too long to find the parking area. I settled right in — the complimentary bottle of wine was the perfect touch for a quick weekend getaway. I wish I could’ve utilized the private balcony, but the pollen was just everywhere. Lots of shops/restaurants that were a quick walk or short drive away. The train did come by once or twice but I wasn’t bothered by it at all. Will definitely consider staying here again when I’m visiting Durham. Thank you for hosting, Chris & Shannon!

We had a wonderful stay at this getaway! Only an hour from home but felt worlds away - loved the big views from the pool and the fact that you weren't able to see any other houses or the road. The house was immaculate, had everything we needed to cook meals, and the beds were actually SSSOOO comfortable! So much so that we had to check the tags to order for home :) Long days of swimming and s'mores by the campfire at night, just what our family needed to recharge. Can't wait to go back! Jodi was incredibly responsive and helpful both leading up to our stay and during our stay as well!

Marley's Cottage

The trail leading the way was only a short few steps away until you got to the cottage, where we were especially excited about the front porch and outside seating area. We were able to eat multiple meals outside and enjoy the sounds of lots of wildlife. We were pleasantly surprised to see the living room looked even bigger than the photos and the bathroom was a beautiful touch. There was also lots of cleaning supplies, which is always appreciated. The cottage had a welcoming, homey feel. Keep in mind the cottage is right behind the main house and very in the open, if you are a stickler for privacy or an introvert this might not be best for you.

Great space with lots of fun activities. The yard was a great size and we loved relaxing on the warm astroturf in the mornings. Loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, from a blender to a toaster to a pizza cutter. Beds were comfy, too!

Natalie was the perfect host from the beginning to the end. She responded quickly to any concerns or questions we had. The location was in a quiet and rural area, but close and convenient to shopping and dining facilities. The house itself was clean and comfortable, with all needed amenities provided. The game room and large back yard were bonuses for when the grandchildren visited. We highly recommend Natalie’s place and look forward to returning! We stayed in Raleigh specifically to bike the Neuse River Trail; found so much more to do in town - free museums, a bluegrass festival, the burning coal theater and a historian led walking tour. Matt’s place was within walking distance of downtown. Bike trails were some of the best that we have ridden. We will return again!

A very nice house in a quiet subdivision. It is a close drive to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. Five of us adult males stayed there and were very comfortable. We enjoyed the full kitchen and the comfy living room. A good value for this area.

Sandra’s place was just as described. Pictures are accurate and the space is very nice. Sandra was very responsive to messages and very timely with responses as well. We enjoyed our time there . For my wife and I the bed was a little too firm but that’s just a matter of opinion and preference. Sandra was a flexible host and gave us the opportunity to check in at an earlier time. It was a wonderful stay.
