This is the perfect 3 bedroom flat in Notting Hill! It’s brand new and spacious. Perfect for 3 friends or 3 couples. The location cannot be beat. Across the street you have the famous “blue door” from the movie Notting Hill. I highly recommend and I will be back! Thanks for a magical stay!

The property was very conveniently located close to my house for my son to stay in over the Christmas period. The access and security were very good, and Sylvia the host was there to welcome my son when he arrived. She was charming and very friendly. The property was very clean, super warm and although my son didn't use the kitchen, it had everything supplied should you choose to cook. The property was quiet and had a nice garden view - I'm not sure if the garden was included to use but it was well kept and very pretty. All in all, the property was lovely, albeit quite expensive, but it served our purposes over Christmas, and for visitors new to the area, it is in an excellent location, close to the local shops and restaurants and 10 minutes into the West End.

La maison est idéale pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille : chacun peut avoir son espace (chambres bien dispatchées, nombreuses salles de bains et sanitaires) ; et le grand salon permet au groupe de se retrouver. Le centre de Londres est facilement accessible : le métro est à 10min de marche, puis vous emmène à Baker street en à peine 20min. Le prix est très compétitif par rapport aux locations dans le centre de Londres. Et un très gros plus : la maison était d'une propreté impeccable notamment les sanitaires ce qui est très appréciable. Je recommande fortement, et remercie notre hôte.

The place was perfect for us - 2 adults and 7 teenagers. We all loved the pool and the beautiful garden. The kitchen had everything we needed. A big lounge with an even bigger TV was perfect for the evening and the beds were plenty and comfortable. The host was always available for questions and made us feel very welcome. Will be visiting again.

Stayed over the christmas period visiting family. A really lovely little house with everything you need plus lots of extra little touches like coffee pods, biscuits and toiletries which were really nice. Everything was clean and tidy and easy to use or was labelled / had clear instructions. Convenient location near the train station and shops. It was perfect for what we needed and helped make our babies first Christmas special, with no extra stress.

The Villa is a beautiful accommodation. Great location. Amazing setting with the horses nearby. The house is immaculate. The host, Michelle, goes above and beyond to accommodate.

I had a lovely stay at Lavender Folly, a beautifully appointed cottage with everything I needed in a peaceful setting. The area is stunning with lots of places to explore and I enjoyed getting the bus into Winchester. Mattie is a great host and she went above and beyond to help me with my ancient laptop when I arrived, much appreciated.

Beautiful garden apartment, tucked away on a quiet street but still an easy walk to Paddington Station with connections to everywhere in London. If you like to walk the canal to Camden is a real treat and we were able to easily walk to Regents Park, Hyde Park and Marylebone (Marble Arch is just over a mile away). The entire apartment is well equipped for longer stays and there are plenty of hangers in the closet so you can unpack and feel at home. A lovely orange tabby roams the yard.

The apartment has the most amazing view over looking the bridge street and Richmond river Thames. With free off street parking few minutes walk

The house was very clean and comfortable. It is located in a quiet street which felt very safe. Communications with Carl and Jay were very easy and they responded immediately. Our stay was very peaceful and comfortable.
