This cosy cottage was converted from an old dairy at New Yatt Farm. Situated a short distance down an unmade track. It is the perfect place from which to explore the rolling Cotswold countryside whilst still being close to the market towns of Witney, Woodstock and the City of Oxford. The cottage has underfloor heating , a log burner, and 2 cozy sofas. Bedrooms have Hypnos mattresses, 400 thread count Egyptian cotton linen and White Company toiletries. Please note Bed 2 is quite small

It has the additional use of a sofa bed in the lounge It has been converted from a building that was once used to house a previous owner's pony and trap back in the 1880's into what is now a welcoming detached holiday cottage, sitting on the border of the owner's garden.
