Cute and Cozy Cabin (No Cleaning Fees)

Cute and cozy little cabin just a couple miles from state land. 1 mile from the county fairgrounds. 1 1/2 miles from town. Enjoy all Evart has to offer such as all of our state land trails for riding dirt bikes , quads, hunting ,mushrooming. We are 1 1/2 miles from rails to trails to enjoy a great day of bicycling. Less than 2 miles from the Muskegon river to go canoeing or tubing down the river. There are 2 golf course about 5 -6 miles away . Yes ,we now have WIFI !!!! Star Gazing, sunsets.

The cabin is located 1.5 miles from Crystal Mountain, 15 miles from Sleeping Bear Dunes, and biking right from the cabin, restaurants and dining are within 1 mile. Renters have loved the place because of the location to Crystal Mountain, the cozy cabin, easy access to the dunes, Traverse City, and isolated from the crowds.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with children 2 years and older). During any holiday there is a 3-day minimum requirement to stay. Children

Beautifully updated cabin in the heart of Manistee National Forest. Totally furnished, very clean, close to hiking, kayaking, Tippy Dam, Lake Michigan, snowmobile trails and Little River Casino. Relax with the whole family on 3 acres in this cozy space in Thompsonville. Bathroom professionally remodeled in December 2022. Just a short drive from Traverse City, Frankfort, beautiful beaches and Sleeping Bear Dunes. This is a prime location for many activities such as fishing, golfing, skiing, hiking etc. Located on a rural dirt road that dead ends into state land with ORV trails that are snowmobile trails in winter (trail 3). Horseshoe driveway makes it convenient for trailer access.

Charming cabin in the woods that sleeps 6. 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. Located in a very secluded area on 100 wooded acres that we own, with trails all throughout the property. A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

"The Land" Large cabin in the woods with WIFI

Cabin on 125 acres of woods. Cabin has a lot of space with a full kitchen, main living area and a bonus room upstairs. We have a trail that takes you around the perimeter of the property, can be used for atvs, hiking, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing etc. Cabin is close to state land with many more miles of trails! There are plenty of small Lakes around to fish. Pettibone lake is right around the corner within a mile with public access and is an "all sports lake".
