The schoolhouse was retired and converted to a cozy cottage style home in the mid 20th century and has recently been renovated into a stylish tiny home getaway. The home is tucked into the hillside along the beautiful, winding Willowemoc Creek and is set amidst a lush Catskill landscape just a five minute drive from Livingston Manor.

Outlier Inn Tiny House 1 on Farm Upstate Catskills

Tiny House 1 is a year-round rustic cabin made from locally hewn rough cut lumber. It has a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and a single day bed, accommodating up to 3 guests. There is a full kitchen and bathroom as well as a deck with an outdoor dining table. There is central heat for the winter, window A/C units for the summer and a smart TV. Tiny House 1 guests can also enjoy a private picnic table, firepit and charcoal grill.

Lidar West is a unique mountain home located in the woods by one of New York City's major reservoirs. The main house is a 1400 sqft 2 bed, 2 bath, ideal for families with kids, and there's a sleeping cabin with an additional queen bed, electric heater, and wood burning stove called Hemmelig Rom, which I built myself using oak milled on the property.
